So I went to have my testosterone levels checked as a base line before I start my cycle and here are the results.

I go back in Tuesday to see what is recommended. Based on that I will either go on TRT or kick off my cycle.

What do you think about the lab results?

Everything looks good (besides testosterone), although your DHEA is on the low side.

How many cycles have you done? How long ago was your last cycle, what did you run as a PCT?

Your system is defiantly suppressed. It is either due to
a. Not running a proper PCT after your last cycle and/or you haven't given your body enough time since your last cycle to fully bounce back
b. Your system is permanently suppressed due to prolonged steroid abuse and you need TRT

I was hoping you would chime in Muskate. I have always respected your knowledge. But for this it is neither A) or B) I have yet to run a cycle. I have run SARMS and HCGenerate. I have felt like crap lately. No desire to do anything. That is why I got tested.

Muskate missed the most common reason for low T. Our bodies naturally produce less T as we age and other factors like diet and environmental conditions can have a significant effect, too. If your lethargy is new for you, it's likely the result of aging and/or environment. Looks to me like TRT isn't far off. Either way, a cycle will help you regain some energy and confidence. Good luck brother.

Same thing happened to me...Had cycled no PCT. didn't do anything for 10 years except have kids and work and hit the gym natty. Got test levels checked 240. Said fuck it I'm in lifes to short.

if you are going on trt just blast and cruise.

test may be supressed from other factors besides cycling as some comment mentioned. crap diet, sleep, exercise regime and stress. dont pull the plunger unless you are sure OP

I finished the SARMS triple stack mid-August. Diet could use work but my exercise regime is pretty good. Sleep and stress are terrible due to work.

The only compound in the triple stack that is slightly suppressive is S4 and since you ran it all the way back in August, your system would have had ample time to recover by now.

Unfortunately, your base line testosterone levels are just very low. Talk to your doctor and your family. You could try and increase testosterone levels naturally through clomid and HCGenerate ES supplementation.

However, being 42, if you are done having children, I would get on TRT. For a lot of my clients in a similar situation as you - it's a life changing experience for them.

Sleep and stress obviously effected your testosterone levels negatively but it's life. You can't eliminate all the stress in your life. We all have bills to pay.

I'm going in Tuesday to hear what they have to suggest for me. I actually went in because I wanted to see what my pre-cycle labs were so I had a base line. I guess I'm just going to hear them out and decide.

The overall results look good, but your test is definitely too low. Seems like you will need TRT. Let us know what the doc says - keep us posted.
