Mate with that kind of bench once you bring your other lifts up you will be a force not to be messed with.

I would strongly suggest signing up to a dedicated powerlifting gym. Most of them will coach you just for membership fee's if they see potential which im sure they will.

Problem is where I live there doesn't seem to be any powerlifting gyms around :(
 
Im getting weaker by the week atm startin to think somthing is up tbh..deca/test should give alright syrength increase right? Havnt done dbol in this cycle that i get a big increase.

all thr boys talking about red chest and face have you guys ever considered it may be Rosacea it is cause by dilated blood vessels I used to get a red nose and chest sometimes cheeks..the triggers are Caffeine, physical exercise, humidity and stress and UV light..can be easily treated with doxycycline and also IPL it real good goes away after a couple sessions even spots as big as chest you nitice a lot of gym goers with it

I basically have all those triggers lmao. Luckily it's not nearly as bad and in need of treatment, it's mostly just me who notices it

Fk i guess i shpuld start 1rm again lol numbers are alot lower than that but guess not where ive been focussing recently. Plus sh!t scared to get hurt haha rotator cuff torn twice still niggles odd day

definitely get into powerlifting mate, lads with our height (5'6-5'9) have great levers for it

my best Natty lifts at 17yo were
160kg Bench
220kg Squat
220kg Deadlift

I was set to go for the Australian Junior bench and squat records until my car accident fuked my wrist

haven't touched those weights since aside from Bench which I got 175kg x 2 last December, and 200kg deadlift 2 weeks ago

But fuk am I keen to see what I can do on the 20wk blast ive got planned to start next week


Fuk at 17 I would struggle to flip a pillow in the morning let alone those numbers

ERM so all these big lifts. am i the only one who is weak as piss xD saying that i dont train for strength but still -_- i prefer higher rep, lower weight, but recently have actually been focusing on strength, adopting a powerbuilding style of trianing. (the last 6 weeks, and i must say ive noticed some good growth, deffo putting more strength based work into my routines)... My chest is one of my visually stronger points, and its grown heaps, but strength wise its actually pretty poor.

My philosophy used to be i dont care if im strong, as long as i look like im strong haha thats changed recently. 27, 91kg

130 bench x 2
200 deadlift x 1
150 squat x 2

All this talk of powerlifting, anyone see Pete Rubish's 900lb (409kg) deadlift today??? Fucking beast! Only weighs 113kg.

Yeah m8 that was probably more of just a rant post tbh .there probably reasons behind it like ive been doing more volume workouts and been crook ect gonna chuck some dbol in once i get bloods.last deca cycle my strength was up heaps but had dbol and mast in the mix. Still no where as strong as these other boys lifts :( but only just over 3 years in the game im sure it will improve.but yeah got no strength increase from sdrol just pumps.

Thats about exactly the same as my lifts.. but i got a bit of weight on ya...or just fat lol

140 bench
210 dead
140 squat a few months ago though cant lift that atm

Any of the boys done the FST-7 workout style? been doing it for 2 weeks its brutal as fuck arms have blown up
