Hello guys I just finished my first week and have to say I feel great. Pump in the gym is crazy and I feel pumped all day!!! Espacially at that body part I trained one day ago. I trained chest yesterday and now today my chest feels pumped all the time!!! Can anyone explain to me what is causing my muscle to be full and pumped all day??? I eat alot of carbs like fruits, oats, brown rice and whole wheat products. Today I had one cheat meal and I feel especially pumped!!! I ate some ice cream.

SARMS like LGD, ostarine and cardarine (particularly cardarine) increase glucose uptake by skeletal muscle cells. They help shuttle the carbs you eat into muscle cells and create glycogen. That's why you are noticing fuller and rounder muscles. Steroids cause the same effect. The increase intra-cellular water inside the muscle cell and make your muscles look rounder and fuller.

I am glad you are having good results with the SARMS. Keep up the great work buddy.

yep that is a helluva feeling. you leave the gym feeling like superman. on a good arm day its hard to even drive home my arms are so pumped

This is something quite normal with steroids and SARMS, and it is a great feeling indeed. There is not much more that can be explained apart from what has been said by @muskate already - he has put it all clear.
