As you guys know the water we drink is treated with fluoride which is linked to diabetes, brain poison and affects our teeth, I have heard some herbs can help to flush fluoride from our body and I was wondering which are those and if it's possible to get them in capsule form, thank you.
Magnesium is a useful supplement as it inhibits the absorption of fluoride into the cells. Boron is known to be an effective way to detox fluoride. I would take a good quality multivitamin. It will be close to the same cost of an individual magnesium and boron supplement but it'll provide all the vitamins/minerals your body needs each day.

Truthfully though, if you are really paranoid about removing fluoride from your diet your best bet is going to be to stop drinking regular tap water and to start drinking purified or distilled water instead. Fluoride in the drinking water does nothing for your teeth for that to work it would have to be a direct treatment to the teeth. a very cheap way to filter your water is buying a filter at home. i'm not going to promote what to get but if you go to bed bath and beyond you will find some really good filters that will filter out the bad shit. if your fridge already has a filtration system invest in a top quality one to hook up there and have the water tested to make sure it is working.. you can simply buy a chlorine kit from walmart for a few bucks to see if it is filtering

I am lucky to not have fluoride in the water where I like. Yes, I still filter it because of the other garbage I am sure is in there.
I would make sure to filter your drinking water and eat a diet rich in various fruits and veggies. They are best known for cleansing.

Pure Cocao is also a great decalcifier and can easily be mixed in with smoothies. Diatomaceous earth and activated charcoal are also great.
