I’m 40yr, only been training 10yrs total but went down the gear road early into it. Took a couple years off and got FAT….

Recently dieted down from 124kg down to 105kg… lots of walking and fasting and body weight stuff (cause I was not in good shape)

Then re joined the gym and have dirty bulked back up to 114kg
Plenty of muscle and strength but I’m in need of dropping 10kg while holding onto as much of my gains as possible (obviously)

My current strength 1RM lifts are-

Bench- 160kg
Squat- 180kg
Deadlift- 220kg

I’m not a powerlifting guy nor train for it but i did a week of 1RM training days and this was my outcome.

Cycle Dose is

Sus250 1ml
Deca 1ml

HGH 2iu daily

Adding Semaglitude 5mg today at 5iu weekly. (I think lol, still researching)


I train hard but love my beers and my food so when it comes to shedding the fat off I am my own worst enemy 💯😂

well you can be honest for sure. beer is a killer. its pretty much a ton of dirty cals/carbs. @Oowua i tell beer guys to switch to high quality kombucha, its a healthier option

Wide grip lat pulldowns x6

Seated close grip row x4 (heavy sets)

Close grip pulldowns x4 (2 heavy sets 2 higher rep)

Rear delt cable flys superset with with shrugs

Upright rows superset with dumbbell rear delt flys

Bicep curls RIGHT ARM ONLY…..

Lost my left bicep in a bike accident 10yrs ago 😩
Fully ruptured the tendon at elbow and never got surgery to fix it.

Bummer, but my left fore late is massive now from all the years of working harder than it normally would of.

well you can keep drinking beer. but the beer belly analogy is true. it pretty much goes straight to the gut which isn't attractive at all. should be lean even if you powerlift iMO @Oowua

yeah if you are gonna eat a meal like that i would go OMAD. that would be your best bet. cause it is way too much along with that beer @Oowua

focus back on your fasting and cleaning up your diet. the longer you go eating bad, the more your body will get used to that. once you start eating clean your body will like it @Oowua

Probiotics Digestive enzymes fermented foods and psyllium husk, you need those daily. @Oowua

I take Metamucil (has phycillim husk in it)

And I take inner health plus and obviously Greek yogurt is fermented…

Flat bench
Warm up 60kg get the blood pumping
100kg 2 sets 10-12
120kg 1 set (no RIR) give it 💯
100kg 2 sets 10

Incline dumbbell
40kg 2 sets 10
35kg 2 sets full failure

Dips
Body weight only (114kg)
4 sets 6-8

Cable chest fly superset Tricep pull downs
No specific weight or reps
Just focus on the squeeze and the burn
4 sets…..

Dumbell side delt flys superset Tricep push-up
Again no specific range, prob 12.5kg on the delts but really just going for good burn and chase it down with the Tricep push-ups just all way till failure
3-4 sets

Weird especially since ur using a therapeutic dose, hgh is meant to help sleep but there are rare cases of it doing the opposite. When prescribed to patients a doctor would recommend doing it ever other day if the patient is experiencing Side effects. Give it a go and report back how u feel

In an off-season setting am injections can be counter intuitive, but in ur case u are dieting so you should be okay but some individuals experience fatigue and lethargy but ur Dose isn't high so u should be okay. If the am doesn't workout for you switch to every 2nd day injections at night that seems to help

had a fucking amazing sleep last night, so it was not the HG. I’m thinking just elevated stress and anxiety.
Sometimes I can get inside my own head pretty bad 💀

Depends on ur goals, if u want just the lifestyle and lipolysis benefits 2-3ius is great, if u want to put on size 5ius or more is good for creating new muscle cells (hyperplasia). If u want to bring up the dose u should be okay to jump up to 4 iu no problem, 2-3 iu increments should be okay. But just understand the negatives of hgh, like accelerating the growth of existing tumours, growth of organs Including heart

I’m not a powerlifting guy nor train for it but i did a week of 1RM training days and this was my outcome.

Cycle Dose is

Sus250 1ml
Deca 1ml

HGH 2iu daily

Adding Semaglitude 5mg today at 5iu weekly. (I think lol, still researching)


I train hard but love my beers and my food so when it comes to shedding the fat off I am my own worst enemy 💯😂

Yeah I’ve gotten pretty good at dosing my edibles

And yes you can go pretty deep on them 😂😂😂
I’ve had a couple of pretty intense sessions we’re I was not sure I’d make it out alive 😂😂😂😂😂
try a big edible before a flight, but i get them from store so they come with label and I know dose, be careful with crazy doses. :ROFLMAO: @Oowua

So I’ve run into some sides (E2 related is my feel)

So I’m making what I think and I believe most on here will agree, that before I continue with HGH I should clean up my lifestyle a bit and get my bloods done and sides under control.

So as of next injection I’m planing to taper down to a weekly TRT dose of 125mg

And continue this dosage and until sides clear up and bad lifestyle habits (Alcohol) is heavily reduced or eliminated.

Im staying on the journey just going to focus on training and nutrition and cleaning up the mess I’ve made before I go jamming more substances into my body.

Much respect to the EVO family and to the guys doing it right and proper 🙏

Reading everyone’s logs and just seeing how you guys do it has helped bring this decision on 💪🙏👍

So I took a few days off training this week and just focused on my food intake and getting my head in the game for a proper crack at cutting out the beers and getting more serious about my goals.

CHEST/ TRI’s N SHOULDERS (tomorrow morning)


FLAT BENCH
60kg for 20
80kg for 15
100kg for 10 x 2 sets
80kg for 15

INCLINE DUMB PRESS
35kg x 4 sets (reps till failure)

DIPS
Body weight x 4 sets (current weight 113)

CABLE CHEST FLY WITH TRI PULL DOWN
weights unsure, just hit each super set with intensity and focus
4 hard sets….

SIDE DELT RAISE DUMBBELL DROP SET
15kg x 12
10kg x 10
7.5kg x (till failure)
3-rounds of this drop set…..

SKULL CRUSHER EZY CURL BAR
weights unsure again….
4 clean sets, really focus on the triceps

I was doing cardio, but I hit average 20k steps daily as a scaffolder. So I’m very active on daily basis.

Maybe I will bring back my HIIT sessions twice weekly like I was doing.

that’s what I feel sometimes, like I think to my self FUCK I DO A LOT OF WALKING AND CARRYING HEAVY STEEL SCAFFOLD…. but I must just be conditioned to it because I no longer seem to benefit from its demands.

food is looking good man! those mushrooms have a lot of health benefits that aren't found in any other food. @Oowua i'm not a fan of shrooms but i will eat them just for the benefits

I’m averaging 2-3 a day….. but I gotta raise those numbers, they are rookie numbers!!

Ok ok so I’m back…..

Resolved my elbow injury 💪

I had a 10 day rest, with daily Naproxen 750mg

Once my elbow started feeling better I added BPC-157

Then got back into the gym….

No strength lost!

In fact gained strength in squats 💪

My 41st birthday and some nice warm weather are only 4-6 weeks away here in Australia


So my GET READY FOR SUMMER STACK is-

Test-e 250mg weekly
Tren-a 100mg weekly
HGH- 2iu daily
BPC-157 weekly
Semaglitude 1mg weekly

I’m fasting Mon-Fri

I do a minimum 16hr fast 5 days a week

YES MY WEEKENDS ARE STILL OFF WITH BEERS AND BURGERS!!!

But I’m on track and training hard and getting in some nice calorie deficit days during the week….



Feeling good and training hard which is what makes me happy

So let’s run with it 💀💪
