Hey guys first log ever. But not my first PED cycle.


Goal Lean Bulk on Week 2 of this cycle

6ft tall
162lb - BF around 10-12%
35years old
I’m on 400mg Test E 300mg Primo 300mg DHB (1-test Dihydraboldenone)
Aromasin 25 daily (Hilma Biocare)
Pfizer Dostinex 0.25 (Pin day MWF)

Diet pretty dialed in at 190P 310C 57F

Latest bloods showed High Prolactin & High Estrogen (attached bloods)

Having bad water retention & prolactin headaches Caber doesn’t seem to be working (using Pfizer destined)

Blood pressure 113/67 (I’m a runner)
I Gave blood on Wednesday and then every 12 weeks.

My worry is my prolactin is at 780 mlU/l and my estrogen 186.0 pmol/l . I can’t seem to bring these down - causing water retention, bad headaches and irritability.

Hopefully can get some pointers here. Thankyou

Diet looks clean, macros at 270g protein are good but they can go up with some fats.
only thing I’d tweak is add a bit more carbs around training pre.

Supp stack is good but you need way more digestive aids and multi in there, C/D, Zinc.

Wow. I would have never guessed that you weigh that little at your height 162 lbs. It's hard to believe, but it just shows you that you hold a lot of lean muscle mass and you're extremely lean. @ReformMethod

the scary thing is i think your diet can be improved. @ReformMethod more simpler whole foods options. but your physique is incredible

I’d be interested in your suggestions buddy? Seem to have prolactin and estrogen in control now - that was a seriously rough ride I went through mentally
