Walnut butter 🤔 don’t think I seen that before. Well I’ll just add it to my shopping list I’m changing out some foods that are bad using the Yuka app.

Ya just amazon brother... see pic. Get yourself some walnuts as @LevButlerov said and add macadamia nuts as well make yourself a little handful of both. I use the oil when making anything in the pan.

Technically you can yes. This is your pre-cycle log and it's a great way to start here on EVO. You can then transition to a new log with your cycle in January.

You can start a new thread with a new title of your choice for a new log where you're now on cycle instead.

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
  2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros and calories and supplements)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

Add Berberine 2g/day split up. Add r-ALA 1200mg.

If that was fasted A1C then avoid all sugars there's no need for added glucose in your diet

Probably just my HbA1C saying in pre diabetic. Otherwise @HarleyGuy mentioned to me to buy Berberine and r-ALA to help control it. And I’m started taking N2guard as instructed so it’s in my system. As of right now just waiting for the good stuff

If you can't find r-ALA then ALA will suffice but r-ALA is out there. Allmax makes it if you check Amazon.

Or just to improve blood flow?

Actually I in fact was describing r-ALA above. All you need for now for your A1C is the Berb and r-ALA. What other supp were you talking about I must have missed it? For deca dick I just use Nordic Fusion Cialis or Viagra and I'm about to try his Ironman tabs (both Cialis and Viagra)

My bad I thought you were mentioning a different drug that’s specifically helps with deca dick. I’m not really nervous about getting it if I do get it since I’m not currently dating I’m more focused on working out.

I’m also currently trying to stay off pre-workout(caffeine) for at least 2 weeks to reset my tolerance
I’ll send a picture of my progress on Friday since tomorrow is my rest day.
Oh yea I’m eating pretty good too have not went to any restraunt by diet consist of eggs, tortillas, beef chuck steaks, rice, walnut butter, protein powder, milk, protein shakes, oatmeal.
I used the Yuka app that @ROIDDERS urged me to use to check to see what I’m eating had good nutrition(content)

Also for music I listen to at the gym

Pretty eclectic music taste there. The doors while training??? You must be hella motivated if you can train to their music haha.

Expect to get even hungrier. Pretty ironic cuz of your name but it's true. Fill up on healthy whole foods and your body will thank you

I listen to a variety of different genres. Y’all already know I’m Mexican so of course got my large playlist of Spanish music.
