I have no doubts on the product though, 6-8iu is where I really start to feel the pins and needles in my hands and it's been pretty crazy of late, wakes me up in the evening and my hands feel like they are about to fall off

Hey just asking the evo community for advice when taking Empagliflozin. I've heard there can be a risk of developing a lot of UTIs from the increased glucose at the urinary tract. Are there any good ways to help mitigate this side effect?
Lots of water, that's about it.
It's way more common in women to have this problem. My wife took it for a few months and had no issues, but her pamphlet and Dr Advice was pretty much - 'maintain good hygiene, drink a lot of water to keep it all flowing and don't hold onto a piss for extended periods of time'
