@frackz not gonna go wrong with this tough training. lots of tough exercises happening. not easy at all!

@LevButlerov sommins not right with my bloods. Everything is ok but my T is hyper responding again it is elevated a lot .. I’m still waiting on my free test level to come in but my estrodial is through he roof. Going to skip my shot tomorrow I think. I need to get the estrodial down asap last think I want is some gyno. Will call my closest nic tomorrow too.

Nice job man. I like how you're hitting the push-ups. Three sets of thirty is a lot so you're doing almost a hundred push-ups wow. @frackz

Maybe lower the dose, or possibly pin smaller amounts 2x a week.

Most of the bloods are here just three tests left to come in. free test, cystattin c , and somatomedin c. Will post those three when its up. Looks like my hemoglobin and hematocrit has gone up quite a bit to that was not like that my last test.

What would be the correct dosage.

So i picked up both Aromasin and Arimidex from Syn Pharma should arrive soon. Doesnt hurt to have it around.

Which would i start with and what dosage, length to take it and how soon after to redo bloods?

I didnt see these now i see them :D @frackz aromason is what you want dont use arimidex, and @SYNPharmaDist has good aromasin

last thing i want is something to randomly, i doubt its relateed that closely but i dunno ... wouldnt want to trigger ra to come out of remission and the get wrecked for a bit.

the auto immune issue is digestive related you need to fast for it and work on gut health

No no sorry @LevButlerov .. some info I was diagnosed with RA from the time I was 13. Woke up one morning and couldn’t move my left arm. I was on heavy steroids and anti inflamtories from then Till 24.. that’s why if you look at my pictures you will notice my left arm is not stright .. lost lots of cartilage when I was younger because it took them time to figure out what was wrong with me .. they chalked it up to growing pains and only when I lost completely mobility and sent me to sick kids did the figure out what was wrong. My autoimmune is hereditary.. my grand pa was paralyzed from the neck down and blind due to RA for the last 37 years of his life.

Oh yea this was a random day for me… ran out of chicken. My normal is fish and beef or chicken and beef everyday! Went grocery shopping today all good for tomorrow.

The fairlife shake is usually just what I soak my oats in.

Understood I did take a .5 will not take anymore. I get everything from from syn... the Aromasin should’ve dispatched prob Monday I believe there shipping days is mon- wed. will sit tight and wait.

Right now for mine gas intake 6 1300mg caps and 3 krill oils which make up an additional 1mg.

Also not i got to log it but also had half a cup of almonds.

So basically my bottle usually is 10ml for every 100mg test per ml.

The pharmacy ran out of that size bottle and I got a bottle which had 5ml by 200mg test l per ml.

I accidentally was not paying attention and didn’t realize my dose now is .5 ml vs 1ml .. so I basically was blasting 200mg vs 1.. this is my fault …

@frackz the Lean Bulk will be a good experience for you. Just make sure that you stay clean. No more alcohol and no more junk.

Bros, it's amazing how some drinking can really fluctuate your weight. It just shows how bad drinking is for you. @frackz
 
Only have the 10ml bottle I gave u a pic of the 5 ml is what I recently finished that one I do not have but it was the same just small and 200mg of test per ml.

will so far so good. All the feelings i was getting of the high E2 (flushing, heat etc all have gone away in since Saturday Night), My last test shot was March 17th, I will be starting again this sunday it will be my new day.. was waiting to change to a weekend just easier for me.

Strength and mood etc all is absolutley normal, gym is spot on as well.

Monday training

30min up hill walk warm up
bent over barbell roles - 4x12 25 lbs side
deadlifts 3x135 x 10 , 2x 185 x 10 - to protect my back heniated disc from while back i started using teh squat rack.. i place the safety bar at the bottom setting and then lift from that position.. lets me stabilze and keep form vs start right from the bottom.. prob jeeps the weigt about 2inch from the ground, and its making a huge difference.
weighted pull ups close drip 5x6 with 22lbs dumble between the ankles
rear delt rope pulls - using a stright bench pull up to the pull and laying down flat and pull toward my heads
back row cable machines 3x10-12x150lbs
ab core situp machines 5x20 (3 sets with 45lbs plate, and 2 with 55lbs)

@LevButlerov I saw you posted on on nordics page. I was wondering would Primo help my situation vs an AI? Help with my E2 when i take more then my actualy TRT dose, and help put on some size as long as my diet is dialed in? Or is this something to think about much further down the road?

preacher curls machine used a rope to provide more strech around the handles - 3x15 - 60lbs

30min up hill walk warm up
bent over barbell roles - 4x12 25 lbs side
deadlifts 3x135 x 10 , 2x 185 x 10 - to protect my back heniated disc from while back i started using teh squat rack.. i place the safety bar at the bottom setting and then lift from that position.. lets me stabilze and keep form vs start right from the bottom.. prob jeeps the weigt about 2inch from the ground, and its making a huge difference.
weighted pull ups close drip 5x6 with 22lbs dumble between the ankles
rear delt rope pulls - using a stright bench pull up to the pull and laying down flat and pull toward my heads
back row cable machines 3x10-12x150lbs
ab core situp machines 5x20 (3 sets with 45lbs plate, and 2 with 55lbs)

@LevButlerov I saw you posted on on nordics page. I was wondering would Primo help my situation vs an AI? Help with my E2 when i take more then my actualy TRT dose, and help put on some size as long as my diet is dialed in? Or is this something to think about much further down the road?

Nice two workouts there mate. I'd probably ditch one of the three tricep exercises and consider moving the preacher curls to the back day.

Nice work on the pull-ups with 5 sets of 6 with the dumbbell added.

Not anymore when I first reported to you I had the feel of being flushed for 48hrs. Like a hot flash or something. It’s all gone now…

Prior to start my T again Sunday I will have fresh blood for you to review. Waiting u til Thursday to do the test.

Love the lean look but man cannot wait to gain some weight I feel funny being 152 lbs I never been this light in my life … I feel like the wind can knock me over. Think before I started this fat shed I was 180 lol

The IGF1 Testing i did finally came back from that last blood test that showed my T \ E2 through the roof. This is on the 1IU Daily, any concern here is it expected to be that high? Mind like T, im a hyper responder to any stimulant in general.

these are high IGF levels not bad @frackz and you sure you injected 1iu?

10IU bottles of HGH which i reconsitute with with 1ML of BAC Water
I pull back Liquid to the 10 marker so the 1/10th marker to be 1 IU.

Growth guys is total trash, you're likely to get cancer from them as you are results I would avoid it @frackz
 
@LevButlerov want me to take my T this Sunday , and take the first dose or Aromasin and then After get my bloods done mid week or would you like to see bloods prior to starting to see where levels have dropped to since my last shot on the 17th.

Yes please always and don't forget e2 especially with your symptoms.
Nice IGF1 levels too on only 1iu of GH but I'd never visit Growth Guys again once you're done your kit from them, all they do is push out low % purity peptides (when their peptides are real) from selective scam companies overseas with dimers or contaminants that will cause you issues over time.

Assume it due to stopping all TRT for two weeks. CYctatin C still pending

Those bloods are after two weeks of stopping test. If you remember my e2 spiked and I felt flushed.

When everything spiked I was just trying a self dose I used some of the syn at 150mg.

To give you an idea I respond really well like when I started my trt my normal shot was 1ml (100mg) a week which put my free T at 1300. This is when they backed me off to 35mg which kept it lowish and now there having me try 75mg.

So today I took 75mg shot.

Is my E2 Ok now? its at the top end of normal now at 128 pmol/L... aromasin needed still?

I got try self dosing again but will have to do some bloods more often like I am doing now vs waiting for my docs bloods. But I’d have to cycle it proper so by the time I get back to clinic I’m back at my baseline. For me it’s important to keep docs involved as they send report to my RA specialist a stuff to.

pull ups closed grip 3x10, 5x2 weighted with 25lbs plate
Forward lunges - 22.5lbs per hands 3x15
quad extnesions - 60lbs x 12 - 3sets
standing hamstrings curls - 3x12 - 60lbs
Ab core machine - 3x20 45lbs, 2x12 - 50lbs

will do this week at .75ML as well.. that will take me 2 weeks in and get bloods done.

Then i think for 8-12 weeks @LevButlerov thinking of taking it up to 100mg or 150mg and down to my TRT dose before i next check up.
WHen my TRT dose was 100mg my free test was about 1300 and i felt great,

This time will do bloods inbetween to keep an eye on E2 if we decided to raise it up.

Had some elevated e2 levels like really high so before anything got worse I backed off for 2 weeks … and now have e2 meds on stand by if needed… my clinic asked me to back off .. I miss dosed it which was my fault.. I didn’t realize the pharmacy gave me a 200mg concentration vial per ml vs a 100mg per ml bottle that I’m use to. I was suppose to decrease my dose to 35mg and I was there giving myself normal dose.

I been on a trt dose last few months, I was never suppose to blast persay. This will be my first time officially trying anything above 75mg on purpose. This time I’m ready with extra bloods scheduled outside of my clinic setting and aromasin on hand if needed.
