It's come to my attention that a lot of Canadians (specifically Ontarioan's) want their bloodwork done but either don't know how to get a requisition, don't have a doctor, and (in my opinion) mostly don't want to vomit everything out to their family doctor (GP) what they're up to, what they're taking and what specifically they will need to get tested. I would bet 10-1 odds most of your GP's wouldn't know what to test for anyway.
This thread has the answer!
Here are the basics to get you started. I want to caveat this with it is ENTIRELY confidential and the doctors in the method outlined below are familiar with ALL PED's, AI's, Prohormones and will even ask you if you're 'blasting' or 'cruising', etc so as to know what to test for. You walk into a clinic and give blood and the results are ONLY posted to their website and NOT copied to any other doctor in the province, only your new PED doctor via the secure server.
That's about all there is to it folks! I think at this point any further questions or guidance can be posted on here and I will be monitoring and answer. I'm about to go do bloods during a massive blast just to see how fucked up my bloods are (or not) so I will both post the results on here as well as any deviation from the above process if it's a bit off from what I recall the last time.
I apologize I can't rhyme off all the Canadians on here but @BeMe and @LevButlerov if you wanna tag some mods and the Canadians you know that would be helpful.
Keep in mind this is the Ontario method but I'm sure you can find a pointer off teletest.ca for your own province.
Good luck and always remember, bloodwork any day keeps the doctor away!

- Go to teletest.ca (have your Ontario Health card handy)
- Open an account (you will be securely uploading your info ONLY to their server)
- Go here: https://teletest.ca/app/care/mens-health/ This means you're selecting the "men's health" tab and then...
- Select Steroid/PED Bloodwork. It is $79 but suck it up, you just spent $110 on SuperTren so spend the $79 on your health.
- You will fill out a detailed questionnaire about your past and current PED use, etc. It gets specific and is comprehensive
- You will have an online secure chat with a real doctor, sometimes right away and sometimes scheduled as an appt. He will confirm you're still on what you said you were on or what your PCT still is and go through the warnings of PED use and you just have to answer "YES" that you understand so he can cover his ass. Then he will say you qualify for PED Bloodwork.
- They will test for:
Complete Blood Count (CBC), Lipid Profile (LDL, HDL, Triglycerides), Total Testosterone, HbA1c (RF), Creatinine (eGFR), Cystatin-C (eGFR) *fasting required* *FOR CYSTATIN-C MOST LABS CAN'T TEST FOR THIS SO MAKE SURE AND ASK AS THIS IS EXTRA (ABOUT $35)*, Serum Potassium (RF), Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) (RF)Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) (RF), Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (extra $59), Free Testosterone (extra $64), Estradiol (extra $35). I would tell him to add Prolactin to the list as well (another small $ charge). - Go into any lab and provide the requisition you've printed off or uploaded to their system. You can walk in or make an appt. it's up to you.
- Wait for the email saying results are ready and post on EVO for analysis
