Approved Log Weight Loss and Recomp Cycle Log

Quick check-in + log update:

🏋️Training has been going well despite the hernia. Coach has adjusted a few movements for me and working around it has actually been solid — no major issues, just being smart with execution and load.

😴Past few days I’ve felt a bit sluggish in the afternoons. I’m thinking it’s just my body adapting to the addition of HGH, so not too concerned at this stage.

⚖️Weight hasn’t dropped this week, but I suspect that’s just some water retention from the HGH rather than anything actually stalling.

Mentally feeling pretty good overall. Obviously a bit bummed about the hernia, but spirits are still high. I know the post-surgery phase is where it’s really going to suck, so just preparing for that mentally.

💉Current PEDs:
  • Test: 200mg (Mon / Wed / Fri)
  • EQ: 100mg (Mon / Fri)
🐎EQ is definitely increasing my appetite, which is making it harder to stick to 2000 calories consistently.

Considering bumping up the @War Born sponsored 🧬Reta to 3mg weekly (1mg Mon / Wed / Fri) to help curb hunger a bit and keep me tighter with the cut.

💪🏻Strength-wise, finally starting to feel my legs coming up — especially hamstrings.

Leg session:

Seated Leg Curl:
  • 40kg x 12
  • 54kg x 12
  • 75kg x 9
Single Leg Press:
  • 35kg x 12
  • 45kg x 12
  • 50kg x 8
Single Leg Extension:
  • 26kg x 12
  • 33kg x 12
  • 40kg x 9
Back Extension ( Weighted Hyperextension )
  • BW x 20
  • 10kg x 14
  • 20kg x 10
Seated Calf Raise:
  • 30kg x 30
  • 40kg x 12
  • 55kg x 9
Staying consistent and just adjusting where needed.
good update :D really strong leg press 50kgs and nice eq push you feel hunger thats normal @San Andreas

I had the same thing with HGH when first starting, always got drowsy by the afternoon.
Has gotten better as the weeks/months have passed.

Yeh it hit pretty hard for 2 days. But now it’s seemed to back off a lot. I’m sure it’ll stabilise over the coming weeks and months.

Do you pin before bed or in the morning?

Pin the whole dose just before bed time mate. I try to keep it away from food as much as possible. At least an hour preferably more.

Re-Post as i put it in the wrong Thread 🤦🏻

Afternoon Boys, San Andreas here
You might of seen me pop up recently in the UGL OZ Element X chat and telegram chat

Anyway I figured it was time to stop scrolling and start contributing. So this is my very first log.

I didn’t come into this scene in good shape physically or mentally. I was overweight, unhealthy, low energy, low libido and honestly in a pretty dark headspace. I’d lost all motivation, confidence, and direction.

The moment that hit me hardest was hearing my 13-year-old daughter say,

“Dad doesn’t want to spend time with me anymore.”

That was the punch in the gut I needed. Not because it was true but because I realised that’s how my inaction looked. I wasn’t present. I was tired, flat, disconnected.
That was the line in the sand.

I started looking into testosterone after doing bloods and realising my hormones weren’t helping the situation. At the same time, I committed to losing weight and joined a gym. No dramatic plan just move, train, and start rebuilding.

Once I cleaned up my Instagram algorithm (best thing I ever did), I started seeing more performance and health content which led me down the peptide rabbit hole. After months of research and forum reading, I decided to trial retatrutide as part of my fat-loss phase.

The deeper I dug, the more I realised there was an entire world I knew nothing about. That’s when I found UGL OZ through forum discussions, and it honestly opened my eyes to how big this scene really is.

Since then, I’ve connected with a verified coach and recently signed with Coach S to properly lock in my nutrition and training. No more guessing. No more half-committing. Structured plan, consistent execution.

This log will track:

• PED protocol

• Retatrutide progress

• Nutrition adherence

• Training updates

• Physical & mental changes

Goal isn’t just aesthetics.
It’s longevity. Energy. Confidence. Being present for my daughter.

I started this journey at 96kg, im now down to 80kgs, I don’t have an ideal weight in mind just an ideal lean, muscular build.

So this will start my logging journey with @coach Sand I’m very lucky to announce @War Born Peptideswill be sponsoring me with monthly care packages to continue my body transformation journey. I’ll start my next log with a @War Born Peptides reveal and will continue to log to show you my journey with a trusted coach and a solid Peptides vendor

That’s enough rambling for now, I hope I keep it interesting for you all and others who care to follow.

Pics attached of me at my heaviest V now

Cheers
San Andreas.
Awesome log so far mate!
Similarly to my first log on Evo, I wanted to turn my life around and focus on being a healthy and fit role model to my children. That underlying mindset spurred me on even through the adversity I faced within the first month of restarting my fitness journey!

Love your updates and details mate! Definitely following your journey moving forward! Legend

Log Update – Friday Night Pull Session

⚖️ Weight: 73kg

📏 Height: 183cm

🥳 Age: 37

Current Stack:

PEDs (Southern Cross Labs):

⚙️ Test E 250mg – 200mg/week

🐎 EQ 300mg – 100mg/week

Peptides (War Born Peptides):

🧬 Reta 30mg – 3mg/week

🧬 Mots-C 40mg – 2mg, 5 days/week

🧬 HGH – 3.3IU daily

Orals:

💊 Anavar – 40mg daily (5 days left)

💊 SLU-PP-332 – 1mg daily (ramping to 10mg daily soon)

Macros for the cut:

~2000 calories | 180–220g carbs (higher on training days) | 200g protein | 40g fat

Big thanks to my sponsor @Southern Cross Labs for keeping me stocked with smooth gear. Pinned my Test E and EQ Friday morning — zero PIP, super easy to pin, exactly as everyone’s been saying. Quality is on point 🔥

Also massive shoutout to @War Born Peptides for the peptides. The Mots-C has been a lifesaver for keeping energy high during this cut, and bumping the Reta up to 3mg/week has done a great job controlling the extra hunger from the EQ. Staying on track with macros has been much easier thanks to them.

Friday night’s pull session: (working sets only):

• Lat Pulldowns: 75kg × 9

• Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown: 54kg × 12

• ISO Lateral Low Row: 100kg × 6

• Straight Arm Lat Pulldown: 45kg × 10

• Rear Delt Reverse Fly (machine): 61kg × 10

• Dumbbell Bicep Curl: 17.5kg × 6

• Cable Hammer Curl: 45kg × 10

• Dumbbell Shrugs: 40kg × 7

Strength is holding strong despite the deficit — even creeping up in a few movements, which I’m putting down to the Anavar. Only five days left on the Var though, and I’ll be glad to see it go. It’s definitely dried my joints out a bit, especially the elbows.

I’m really looking forward to finishing the cut and flipping into the reverse diet/growth phase so I can bump the food up and start chasing some proper strength gains again. Should be getting the full plan from @Coach S shortly and I’ll post it up here once I have it.

I’ll be keeping the Test and EQ relatively conservative for now while I see how my body responds to moving from 150mg up to 200mg Test. After getting frustrated with the TRT clinic (high costs and slow bloodwork), I’ve switched to self-managing with guidance from my coach — much better setup.

Appreciate you reading. Always keen for any advice, tips, or constructive feedback.

San Andreas 💪🏻

Those abs are popping beautifully. I love to see a nice physique like that, looking lean and ripped. @San Andreas

Quick check-in after a Wedding weekend getaway: 👇

Post-wedding recovery mode today. Alarm went off at 3:30am to get moving for a 3.5-hour drive out to a live-away job… not exactly ideal 😅 but got it done.

Pinned 💉67mg ⚙️Test E and 50mg 🐎EQ from @Southern Cross Labs this morning — still running smooth as ever. No issues drawing or pinning, which makes life easy when you’re half asleep.
If you want some Test E go see @Southern Cross Labs on Threema.

Also ran 2mg 🧬Mots-C first thing. Honestly loving how it kicks the day off — energy feels clean, not jittery, just switched on and ready to go.
Check out the range of peptides @WarBorn Peptides on Threema

Jumped on the scales and holding steady at 73kg. Pretty happy with that considering it was an untracked weekend. Stayed off the booze, kept calories somewhat in check, but still enjoyed the time away with the wife and the boys.

Highlight meal had to be the kangaroo backstrap at the wedding… unreal. Melt-in-your-mouth type stuff 🤤

Managed to track down a gym this arvo and got a push session in. Ended up hitting a sneaky PB too — 30kg dumbbells for 6 on incline. Not bad this deep into a cut and right on the edge of reversing 💪

Training looked like this:

Incline DB Press:
15s x 12
20s x 12
25s x 12
30s x 6 (PB)

Dips: (BW)
24 / 18 / 14

Machine Chest Fly:
47 x 12
61 x 12
68 x 10
75 x 8

Seated DB Shoulder Press:
12.5 x 12
15 x 12
20 x 9

DB Laterals:
6 x 12
8 x 12
10 x 8

Incline Bench Cable Skull Crushers ( thanks Cbum )
3 working sets — built up to a tough set of 9 (no weight markers on the machine so just went by feel)

Single Arm Pushdowns:
9 x 12
13.5 x 10
18 x 7

All in all, solid session considering the early start and travel.

Anyway that’s it for today

Touchdown from the sponsor @War Born Peptides: 📦🔥

Always a good feeling when a pack lands like this — quick delivery, easy comms, and everything came in clean and intact. No busted vials, no dramas.

Reloaded with the essentials:
Mots-C to keep the engine humming, HCG tucked away as backup, 100IU of HGH, and the final batch of SLU from the supplier — testing at a sharp 99.7% purity (HPLC_UV).

These will be getting capped at 10mg per 💊 shortly.

Big shoutout to the sponsor for the consistency — if you know, you know.

Log Update:💥

Big chest-focused session this morning with the boys. A few of the lads met up at a local gym for a solid chest and triceps workout.

Honestly, I was glad to have @Southern Cross Labs Test E 💉 and EQ 🐎 in the system today — it was a heavier load than I’m used to, but exactly what I needed. Good to switch things up and really punish the chest.

The Mots-C 🧬 from @War Born Peptides is doing its thing in the background — noticeable difference, especially training in a deficit. Energy feels smooth and consistent, rest times are shorter, and I’m recovering quicker between sets. This stuff just works.

I’ll drop the workout below — only listing top sets as there were a few warm-ups and feeder sets before each.

Cycle Update: ⚙️💉💊

Wrapped up my Anavar run from @Raptor Labs. Overall, really happy with it.

Definitely helped give me that drier, leaner look by pulling off some water weight. Strength went up slightly on certain movements, and it felt unreal pre-workout.

Only downside was some dry/creaky joints — mainly shoulders and elbows — but nothing too bad. No hair loss or acne either, but it was only a short 4-week run.

Diet Phase: 🍎

Final week of the deficit now. Coach has dropped calories to 1800 for one last push to strip off whatever fat is left.

After this, we move into a reverse phase slowly bringing calories back up. Keen for this part… hunger is definitely kicking in now, but so is the drive to grow 😂

Really looking forward to seeing what @Coach S has planned for the growth phase. First time doing this properly, so I’m all in. Curious about possibly running Tbol, but I’ll leave that call to the coach.

Overall:

Everything is firing right now.

Mood — great
Energy — great
Physique — leanest I’ve ever been

Couldn’t be happier. Now it’s about holding this condition and building size on top of it.

Big shoutout to the team backing me:
Grateful to be in good hands — keen to see what we can build from here.

This Morning’s Workout (Top Sets)

Incline Barbell Chest Press:
5 × 80kg (PB)

Pec Deck Machine:
4 × 81kg (PB)

Chest Dips (to failure):
24 / 18 / 14

Seated Chest Press Machine:
5 × 105kg (PB)

High-to-Low Cable Fly:
(weight unknown — no labels 😅)

Single Arm Tricep Pushdown:
7 × 22.5kg

Incline Cable Skull Crushers:
6 × 45kg
(Saw Cbum doing these — insane constant tension, absolutely torches the triceps)

I’ll attach a few check-in pics from today’s session below.

Till next time —
San Andreas out 🫡

Physique — leanest I’ve ever been

Couldn’t be happier. Now it’s about holding this condition and building size on top of it.

Big shoutout to the team backing me:
Grateful to be in good hands — keen to see what we can build from here.

good back and lat size :D but you did chest? nice dips with chest press!

Diced AF! Just in time for Easter lol.

Great log update! You've done an unreal job shedding all that fat brother. This next phase will be more fun. Food always makes things better. Makes your moods better, your lifts better, recovery all the good stuff 💪

Missed pics from this mornings check in…finally a bit of leg definition to 😂
Wow man, you're definitely looking more shredded and ripped than I expected. @San Andreas you've made some good progressions since you started logging on here.

Log Update:

Just a quick check-in this morning —

3 days left of the cut and it’s definitely biting now. Calories dropped to 1800 for this final week and yeah… that extra 200 cal deficit is no joke. Hunger is through the roof and I’ve noticed a slight strength dip creeping in, especially on leg days.

That said, overall I’m still feeling solid. Energy is still there, workouts are getting done, and we’re pushing through to the finish line.

@War Born Peptides keeping the engine running with the mito stack — 🧬 Mots-C in, and I’ve just capped up the last of the SLU PP332 sample into 10mg caps, running it twice daily.

@Southern Cross Labs still delivering the smoothest pins going — 💉 Test E 250 and 🐎 EQ 200 doing their thing and keeping everything ticking over nicely.

Keen as to roll straight into the reverse and growth phase and really let the Southern Cross gear shine 💪🏻

I’ll drop another update Sunday with final weight check-in and physique shots.

Till then —

Testosterone T-Rex is trying to run off with my gear again… time to chase him down and pin 🦖💉

Log Update: The Reverse Begins

The cut is officially done.

Started this journey 7 months ago at 96kg. This week’s weigh-in? 71kg. That’s a total of 25kg gone. 🔥

The first 18 weeks were a bit messy with the deficit and I still dropped weight, but things really took off once I brought Coach S on board. The last 10 weeks have been next level — locked-in macros, smart training, and the scale finally started flying down. Best decision I made.

I’ve never felt this good. Never looked this good either. Now I’m pumped to flip the switch, bump the calories, and start building some size again.

Reverse Phase Details:
• Calories: 2200
• Protein: 220g
• Carbs: 220g
• Fats: 50g

This week’s actual meal plan (2025 cals / 211p / 48f / 199c):

Meal 1:
30g WPI + 75g frozen berries + 20g Mayvers PB

Meal 2:
200g chicken breast + 125g jasmine rice + ½ avocado + 1 cup mixed veg

Meal 3 (Pre-workout):
2 rice cakes + 20g honey + 1 banana

Post-workout:
30g WPI

Meal 4:
200g Kangaroo mince + 300g Spudlite + 25g Eat-Lean cheese + veg of choice

Meal 5:
150g Yopro + 20g Mayvers PB + 2 squares Old Gold 70% dark choc + 100g mixed berries

Coach left a bit of wiggle room for sauces on a couple meals, but I like keeping it simple and repetitive during these transitions — saves time and brain power.

We’ll track everything with weekly check-ins. Coach will decide whether to slowly increase cals or hold steady each week.

Cardio stays the same (15k steps daily), but now I can finally start pushing the weights and reps in the gym again — especially with some pre-workout carbs in the system.

Bloodwork support still locked in with @Southern Cross Labs — 200mg Test E + 100mg EQ per week.

Peptides from @War Born keeping the energy high:

• MOTS-c: 2mg x 5 days/week
• Reta: 4mg split over 3 days/week

Feeling strong, focused, and ready to grow.

@San Andreas how's training going this week?
Thanks for checking bro, training been going well, the extra cals have been fantastic, especially for gym performance. A couple of the weights have gone up. Not by much but by some.

Have unfortunately today come down with a flu or something though…not impressed.
Hopefully it’s out of the system asap

looking good and lean really tight :D 71kgs you look real good @San Andreas

The first 18 weeks were a bit messy with the deficit and I still dropped weight,

Why do you think it was messy?
Was just a poorly managed under informed deceit really, I didn’t know what I was doing properly so I just really limited my food portions to small meals so I knew I was in a defecit. There was no macro tracking or anything, was probably lucky be be getting 80g of protein a day
