Cycle / Diet Next Steps Advice to Reach Goal

New to Evo looking for advice on next steps, never used an old-style forum before, hopefully my formatting and post location is ok:

My end goal is to reach a point where I can remain within striking distance either side of 10% bodyfat while still looking big in clothes.

My question is: to reach my goal should I cut further to single digits before bulking, or should I bulk up now then cut down to single digits? I'm trying to build a long-term plan, as I'm not sure how to get there. What gear should I consider? Also, I'll be in New Zealand over the next few months for work, so I'll be limited to what gear I can get while I'm over there from the Evo approved suppliers. I'm planning to do thorough, consistent logs on here for my future cycles to keep me accountable.

Been on TRT (prescribed) for 1yr, and I'd used MK677 intermittently. Recently finished this: 2 months 30mg dbol, 175mg test, 100 cal surplus lean bulk, followed by 1 month 300mg test, 50mg var, 50mcg t3, 4mg reta, 1000 cal deficit mini cut. According to dxa scans, before my bulk, I was 14.5% bodyfat 150lbs at 165cm. At the end, I was 158lbs 12% - the dbol edema prob skewed the bf %. Haven't had a dxa since the bulk, but I weighed 150lbs at the end of the mini cut, and I assume I didn't lose much actual muscle tissue with that cycle. I'll attach pics for all of those progress points below. I'm currently maintaining at 152lbs on my TRT cruise.

I'm currently thinking of either bulking up for two or three months in a 200-300 calorie surplus with some form of Nandrolone to pack on some size and increase my BMR due to the added tissue then cutting down (as I currently eat just 2000-2200cal to cut at a normal pace), or cutting down firmly into single digits first with Mast or Primo then slowly lean bulking to 10-11%. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

  • Training age: 6 yrs
  • Past cycles:
    • 180mg Test Cyp (90mg every 4d), 30mg Dbol (10mg am, 10mg midday, 10mg pm) 2 months
    • 300mg Test Cyp (150mg every 4d), 50mg Var (25mg am/pm), 50mcg t3 (ed), 4mg reta (weekly)
  • Cycle support:
    • 2g cod liver oil + turmeric curcumin & ginger + 2.5g astralagus root + 2g citrus bergamot + 1g TUDCA + 800mg NAC + 10mg cardarine (for cholestrol support) + Arimidex on hand if needed
  • Bulk diet 2850kcal:
    • 170g p, 45g f, 441g c
  • Mini-cut diet 1850kcal:
    • 190g p, 47g f, 167g c
  • Training: 6x a week PPL split

welcome to the EVO family :D you made some good progress, really leaned out and gained mass congratulations!
If you want to stay around 10% and still look big in clothes, the move is usually lean bulk first, then cut slowly, easier to control.
Gear wise you already ran orals and T3, so the next step is not more gear, it's getting your TRT dialed and your diet consistent so you can actually hold muscle and keep the waist tight.

Post a proper TRT log now with your exact dose and pin schedule, weekly bodyweight and waist, cals and macros, training numbers, sleep, BP, and your latest labs.
Once that log is up the EVO family can tell you whether you should bulk or cut next and what makese sense without guessing. 15min of your time to change your life :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Pics look great bro and welcome to EVO!

I think you look great as it stands now and I'd try and put on some mass going low and slow. Let's get a log up with your TRT for now and start posting your diet/training for us to hone you in on all the staples and then worry about compounds after that. You look like you would bulk easy so I think a lean bulk is best for you.

How old are you?

Your 'look big in clothes'. How far off do you think you are. If you still want to gain a significant amount of muscle, I wouldn't really do any big cuts. I'd likely cycle lean gains with recomps.

Can you show us your typical workouts including weights.

Can you also show a typical days meals. To me your cut calories are heaps too low.

thanks, in my mid 20s, I look big in clothes and lean enough by my standards when full / blasting, but once I dropped the var and lowered the test, I look too skinny for my liking but the leanness is nice.
