This is my first log, i’m kinda new to this forum. Let me know if you guys need more info. I have been encouraged numerous times by @HarleyGuy, @Shakey and @LevButlerov to make a log but never did, sorry guys. Lol

I am focusing on chest and arms
Monday - back + hamstrings
Tuesday - shoulders + biceps + triceps
Wednesday - rest day
Thursday - Biceps + Chest + side delt

I weigh 223.6lbs as of last Monday, i forgot to input the “lbs” on the stats portion of the log. I weigh myself on Mondays. I started with the training program i am doing now for about a few weeks now. It depends really, maybe 185 or 190lbs.

Glad to see you start a log brother. How do you track your macros currently? If you dont use an app, give MyFitnessPal a shot. You can track macros, weight, cardio and workout routines. Make sure to use cooked entries for meat to account for the water loss during cooking.

I see you want to focus on chest and arms, maybe an arnold split would be a good fit for you. Some guys run it as a 7 day with only 1 rest day, but id suggest running it as an 8 day with 2 rests.

Day 1 Chest/Back
Day 2 Shoulders/Arms
Day 3 Legs - hamstring focus
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 Chest/Back
Day 6 Shoulders/Arms
Day 7 Legs - quad focus
Day 8 Rest

Give that a shot if you like. I find confining myself to a days of the week schedule to be restrictive and favour a numbered schedule. If i miss a day because something happened, the week isnt ruined and i continue the next day. Easy adjustment.

Reta is a great tool. Itll definitely help with food noise and appetite as well.

Cant remember where i saw it specifically mention anti-tumour ones but they warn against BPC, TB, and anything GH related for cancer patients. Those are understandable as they heal and grow, but theres a peptide that targets tumour cells if i remember correctly. I could be wrong, it was a while ago.
I read about some peptides possibly growing cancers, which is why I avoid them, but it does seem like they will be a massive influence on the medical industry in the years to come

Awesome, sounds like a plan.

I tried mots and didnt notice much at all. Im going to try SS-31 down the road and then try the left over mots i saved to see if theres a difference at all. Everyones different but in my case, mots was a waste. Lets hope SS-31 changes something. Lol

This first log post looks great and we can add in your diet and training as we go. For now just try and keep track of your daily foods and macros for us so we know a little bit more about where your 210 protein is coming from for example.

Reps, sets, and weight ranges will help too if you can track that for a few days for us.

Really happy you took the plunge and fired this up for us bro.

If you can get a pic of your base physique for us it can get put in the mod que for log approval and we're off to the races. There's no judgement here so even if bloated on some Coke Zero it's okay :p

Thanks bro! Bloods will be done in about 3 weeks hopefully. I am going up to work on Tuesday and will be back home the second Tuesday. I am cutting. I started at 3000cal at first and decreased it to 2800. Monitoring the weight and body pics on Mondays. One thing i failed to mentioned is that i have a coach who made my meal plan and workouts and all that jazz. I will share them soon. Also, what is preferred here? Daily or weekly? Unless something like week one day 2 is preferred, i can do that. When i am at work, i have limited access to gym equipment so ill try to have to change some workouts but still target that muscle being worked on.

Creatine is 10g ed
I use super enzymes
I will get omega 3’s in the future as its what i used before with high epa and dha
I don’t use probiotics and psyllium husk but i can get them in the future

Stepping from 3000 to 2800 with Monday pics and weigh-in is a clean first taper for a TRT cut brother 💪

I’ve attached a preview of my bloods on my previous thread. But I’ll attach the whole panel on here. The last set of bloods i was injecting 160mg twice a week. Bumped it after that bloodwork, ill be also ditching the clinic after my last set of bloods.

I will look into ordering some in the coming weeks. Do you have recommendations on which ones?

@Kevdawg good job on this. The training split looks really nice. I like how you're taking time to rest. You can always change it up and get in a workout on Sunday. A lot of times the body gets tricked because it kind of downregulates on the weekends. I know that's how my body has been trained.

Bros, good job on the supplement list. I like that you are mixing things up. How do you like the greens powder in the morning? I'm sure it's something different. @Kevdawg

32 yrs old
6’ 1”
223.6 (last checked Monday)
Test C 210mg per week

Workout plan:
I am focusing on chest and arms
Monday - back + hamstrings
Tuesday - shoulders + biceps + triceps
Wednesday - rest day
Thursday - Biceps + Chest + side delt
Friday - triceps + back + rear delt
Saturday - quad focus legs
Sunday - rest day

Supplements:
Greens AM
Vitamin D3 5000iu AM
Vitamin C 2000mg split AM/PM
Super enzymes split with 3 meals
Zinc 50mg PM
Magnesium bis-Glycinate before bed
L - Arginine 3g split AM/PM
Korean panax ginseng 600mg pre workout
Creatine 10mg AM
Glutamine 10mg pre + post workout
Protein powder

Test C 210mg per week (currently prescribed at 150mg a week) going for my last bloodwork with clinic in a few weeks. Received my order of test c from @biogenix last week. Ordered on a Sunday and received on the following Wednesday. Super fast service.
Might introduce reta in a few weeks as well.

I’ve attached a preview of my bloods on my previous thread. But I’ll attach the whole panel on here. The last set of bloods i was injecting 160mg twice a week. Bumped it after that bloodwork, ill be also ditching the clinic after my last set of bloods.

I will look into ordering some in the coming weeks. Do you have recommendations on which ones?

@Kevdawg good job on this. The training split looks really nice. I like how you're taking time to rest. You can always change it up and get in a workout on Sunday. A lot of times the body gets tricked because it kind of downregulates on the weekends. I know that's how my body has been trained.

Ill assume you meant 160mg weekly, with two injections a week. Like Mon/Thurs? Then bumped up to 210mg weekly? Just for clarification.

Good bloods. For psyllium husk i get this. https://a.co/d/0cJ2G8h3 Organic psyllium husk. This is the best price per lb i found in canada. Only get organic, as the other stuff like metamucil has an absurd amount of fillers. Metamucil is 67% fillers and flavours. Only thing is if mixing in a cup, i found i have to swirl and shake cup before adding water. I use pretty cold water though. Lol.
Yes for sure man. Recently introduced progress pics, as i’ve read that the weight could potentially be the same but the body could have changes to it
Definitely bro, best way to measure progress is visually. Scales stall while fat burns and muscles grow. Trust your eyes when the scale stalls.

Yes after my last blood work, i bumped it to 210mg per week. 3 injections Mon/Wed/Fri. I will get bloods done with my clinic for the last time and go on my own.

I will look into getting that when i return from my rotation. Thanks for the recommendation bro.
 
The only value it has is on page 9, so the next pic. I have seen other peoples bloods on here that have e1, e2, e3 and e4. Mine never was like that.
I see it now 56 it wasn't showing before, you should repost the bloods and blur personal info @Kevdawg :D
