I went to the VA hospital, and I was told I have low stomach acid, so I was given Betaince HCL with pepsin, this will be 2 caps before each meal. Im feeling better at this point and the indigestion is not as bad as it was previously.

Really glad you got this figured out! I'm hoping this helps. Apple Cider Vinegar with mother might help as well, I use 3 tbsp before each meal.

Tuesday is Chest day!!!

Which Im very happy with as Monday seems to be universal chest day for all gym members nation wide... Need to add more to the chest, as of now this is not good enough to be competitive. So Im focusing on improving that area and a few other areas.

Feeling good, feeling very full, energized, lively and strong, as far as describing my overall day to day. Im loving this cycle so far. I'm extremely appreciative and thank you to @US-pharmacies for their professionalism and discreetness in packaging and very fast delivery.

Most importantly the quality of the overall products.

The HGH is high caliber and very very potent. I'm not having any bad effects on any compounds that I'm currently taking, nor have I ever. My favorite compound of all time is Anavar, I love how powerful the pumps are, and I'm a fan of how it's not harsh on the endocrine system. FYI 60-70mg's a day will have your pumps so damn strong, it'll feel like something is going to rip... I'm also sure this is per person, for me though the pumps and engorgement are insane at that amount.

I am personally liking the gh too, not sure how you get in 2 gallons of water a day. My teeth would be floating. I push to get a gallon+ in a day and still up a bunch at night. It is probably warmer where you are at than here 🤷 Great breakdown of everything. Definitely taking notes.

@RawCutlery amazing work on this. I like how you're pumping that anavar at 60 mg a day. I think that is the sweet spot. You see a lot of guys doing it too low, in my opinion. 20 or 30 mg isn't enough.

I've actually been doing 2-a-days as of late. So I'll wake up around 3:30 am and go to the gym in my neighborhood and lift there hitting arms, backs, legs, chest. Then in the evening I'll go to my actual gym and hit areas that are on my regimen that day as I can go heavier and have better equipment. The idea behind the 2-a-days are to maximize growth from increasing training volume and improving recovery between those sessions to be fresh.

One of my favorite lifts of all time is deadlifts, I love that it's a full body exercise and a great way to build overall strength.
