Food Intake has increased I try to shoot for 600-700g of carbs now instead of 400-500.I really think you need to cut your gear use at least 1/2 and you need to up your food intake.

The design is pretty cool because it allows me to hit compounds alot without feeling like a train wreck, as opposed to just ripping heavyweight max effort each time.
