I have been encouraged to start a log about my growth cycle to put on some serious lean mass over the next 6 months. I started my journey in October 2016 weighing 47kg and currently sit around the 84-86 range over the last month. This year is my first year not playing football (soccer) during winter in 23 years and im using this period to put on some good quality lean mass.
A little background on me, decided to get into the gym during my first year of Uni (2016), i was coming out of a depressive high schooling, partially medicated due my parents divorcing and then losing my dad unexpectedly in 2013 (I lived with him fulltime).
Always atheletic (cricket,soccer etc) but the skinny fat kid, abs but only because i was underweight. Looked at the scale one day and decided to make a change. Now its full grown body dysmorphia with one day hoping on stage, not yet though. Ive been fortunate to be surrounded by good people in the industry, alot of mates of mine are pro card bound in IFBB, so inspiration and advice hasnt been far away.

Food is inconsistently logged in myfitnesspal, lunches are meal from a local meal prep company, dinner is homemade usually by my partners mum (we love greeks), intra workout is Maxmius 1L, preworkout meal usually consists of english muffins with peanut butter and a few lcm bars on the way to the gym with a monster zero. Preworkout is only taken on Leg A day every week, high stim - never done meth but id assume this preworkout is close

Training 6 days, 1 Off - All working sets are 4-8 reps, with 0-1RIR, using double progression method - warmups done for 5-10 mins prior to begining ramp to working sets
Legs A (Quads and Calves) - Pendulum Squats, Single Leg Panatta Press, Leg Extensions, Single leg stiff calf raise, Dual Leg stiff calf raise
Back A (Lats and Biceps) - Seal Row underhand grip, Wide Grip lat pulldown, Iso High to Low bench supported pulldown, Single Arm preacher hammer curl, Ez Bar Cable Curl
