Coach recommended to lower weight as i start to fatigue to keep the reps up within the range he recommended. Its a mix up between 2 sets of going Heaviest and 8-10 rep range for 2-3 exercises, Then a range of 3 and 4 sets of 12-14reps for others. Im honestly liking the pump at the end of the higher rep/set exercises.There's an argument to be made for keeping weights in to maintain muscle and doing the reps you can
But im all ears for recommendations and I'll give it a crack.
