Approved Log 63 y/o AAS Cut and TRT Cycle Log

Hey @LevButlerov yeah feel great on morning hgh and have been split dosing for 2 weeks now and the ankles are not swelling. They did big time last time i got to 4iu but i think have it sorted now with slower titration and am/pm dosing. Will start on 4iu on sat to see how i go. Cheers for looking in on me and as always really appreciate it bro!

Hey @stevesmi cheers mate! Yeah can get a bit gnarly at times. Not seasick as pretty well used to it but pretty difficult lifting weights in a large sea makes workout challenging! Hope the pod cast was ok.

Wasnt going to post today or yesterdays as basically only have macros for info, but here I am on a bus going to my ship and posting my log. Anyone out there that has experience in travelling and keeping diet and training going, send me your experience and hacks that makes things easier.
Over shot my carbs yesterday but was close to macros. No steps and no training although got a good sleep and sometimes that is a good thing for the old body to recover, feeling rested this morning.


Week 4 (15–21 May) Test from 400mg/ml vial

Will also be adding 1mg daily of BPC157 to the Glow and Cartalax in an effort to get as close as possible to pain free for the last 4 weeks where I want to give it a good push to set me up for a 4-week recons and then start my Lean Bulk. Have an idea of running EQ, Test E, Mast E (1st 8weeks), Mast P (2nd 8Weeks), Primo, Deca all in an effort to really Lean bulk and finish the 16 weeks at 11 or 12 BF with 6-9kg of muscle which I will hope fully to be able to keep. This will have me a long way short of the 100kg I wanted but have to be realistic, am an old F@#$ and can't do what 40 YO's do. Any way that is a long ways off, I think possible but finances and the missus will dictate.
Just throwing this out here now so if there is any advice and suggestions, please let me know. I like to get my plan in order well before I need to start it.

@zedtwitter63 seems like it could be some dangerous work. Are there people that die out there? Seems like a lot of things can fall on you or you could fall in the water.

Yeah brother people do die out here, alot of big shit, you can see the size of the chain! 108mm diameter of link thickness is the largest ive pulled up. The tension that is on these things is huge and if it snaps due to corrosion or fatigue its like a 10ton missile. Or on ship like I am working on now where we deliver goods snd take goods away if proper procedures not followed crushing related deaths have occured where the load shifts or the vessel moves when in a large sea pinning people to other cargo or the likes. Yeah can get dangerous but with proper precaussions the risk factor and danger are removed to the most part.

Another no training day, not good. Spent day travelling to vessel. Worked till midday then Unpack and set up lab in cabin and sorted everything else out.
Got bloods back today. All looks good and improving except kidney function, but could be due to heavy training and very high protein intake during the last 4 weeks.

The only change to dosing has been the addition of BPC157 1mg daily.

Macros were close and high on carbs again but didnt feel very healthy.

Did a comparison with bloods at start of cut and come up with a comparison which shows most markers improved except Kidney ones.

Have converted Test and free test to US standard measurement so you may be able to get a clear comparison so if you spot anything which I have missed please let me know.

Am rather happy where E2 is sitting and wont mind if it goes a little higher. No need for AI as yet.

2. Inflammation & Cardiovascular Risk​

  • hs-CRP: 2.9 mg/L → 0.8 mg/LSignificant improvement (now low-risk: <1.0 mg/L)
  • CRP is down alot and thats great. Up really high when on SARMS and Anavar and TBol.

    • LDL (calc): ~46 → ~42 mg/dL → slight improvement
Overall: Lipid profile and systemic inflammation have improved markedly during the cut.

3. Thyroid​

  • Free T4: ~1.09 ng/dL → 1.55 ng/dLimproved (mid-reference)
  • Free T3: ~3.0 pg/mL → 3.3 pg/mLimproved
  • TSH: 1.7 → 2.1 mIU/mL (both normal)
Positive improvement in active thyroid hormones.

4. Liver Enzymes (U/L — same units)​

  • ALT: 84 → 68
  • AST: 64 → 48
  • GGT, ALP, bilirubin: all normal/stable
Improved but still mildly elevated. So as a result have started with Liver supplements, TUDCA 750mg, NAC1200mg etc. Have drawn up Supplements table with the gear available that I bought along so I know when and how much to take. This was why I was hoping to get results back before I left for work so that if needed I could get supps that would have been required. Could have got more TUDCA as 1250mg daily would have been better here, but gotta play the cards been delt.

5. Renal / Electrolytes / Metabolic​

checked your bloods, I would say to start we need to get your e2 under control closer to 100 range @zedtwitter63 easiest to add some aromasin light dose asap

on the rest of the markers i wouldn't worry too much, get started on increasing water intake asap and get some higher TUDCA dose there

checked your bloods, I would say to start we need to get your e2 under control closer to 100 range @zedtwitter63 easiest to add some aromasin light dose asap

on the rest of the markers i wouldn't worry too much, get started on increasing water intake asap and get some higher TUDCA dose there

Another no training day, not good. Spent day travelling to vessel. Worked till midday then Unpack and set up lab in cabin and sorted everything else out.
Got bloods back today. All looks good and improving except kidney function, but could be due to heavy training and very high protein intake during the last 4 weeks.

Did a comparison with bloods at start of cut and come up with a comparison which shows most markers improved except Kidney ones.

Have converted Test and free test to US standard measurement so you may be able to get a clear comparison so if you spot anything which I have missed please let me know.

Am rather happy where E2 is sitting and wont mind if it goes a little higher. No need for AI as yet.

2. Inflammation & Cardiovascular Risk​

  • hs-CRP: 2.9 mg/L → 0.8 mg/LSignificant improvement (now low-risk: <1.0 mg/L)
  • CRP is down alot and thats great. Up really high when on SARMS and Anavar and TBol.
  • Lipids (mg/dL):

    • Total Cholesterol: ~85 → ~85 mg/dL (excellent; <200 desirable)

    • Triglycerides: 62 → 35 mg/dL → improved (<150 ideal)

    • HDL: 27 → 36 mg/dL → improved (>40 desirable)

    • Total/HDL ratio: improved

    • LDL (calc): ~46 → ~42 mg/dL → slight improvement
Overall: Lipid profile and systemic inflammation have improved markedly during the cut.

3. Thyroid​

  • Free T4: ~1.09 ng/dL → 1.55 ng/dLimproved (mid-reference)
  • Free T3: ~3.0 pg/mL → 3.3 pg/mLimproved
  • TSH: 1.7 → 2.1 mIU/mL (both normal)
Positive improvement in active thyroid hormones.

4. Liver Enzymes (U/L — same units)​

  • ALT: 84 → 68
  • AST: 64 → 48
  • GGT, ALP, bilirubin: all normal/stable
Improved but still mildly elevated. So as a result have started with Liver supplements, TUDCA 750mg, NAC1200mg etc. Have drawn up Supplements table with the gear available that I bought along so I know when and how much to take. This was why I was hoping to get results back before I left for work so that if needed I could get supps that would have been required. Could have got more TUDCA as 1250mg daily would have been better here, but gotta play the cards been delt.

So anyone have any idea in relation to my Kidney markers???

  • Haemoglobin: 14.9 → 15.9 g/dL → increased (expected/benign on TRT)
  • Haematocrit: 48% → 52% → increased (still within range but monitor)
  • Platelets: 448 → 347 ×10³/µL → improved (now normal)
  • RDW: ~19–19.3% → remains high
  • White cells / differentials: all normal

7. Other Markers​


  • PSA: 0.67 → 0.75 ng/mL → slight rise (still excellent; <4.0)
  • IGF-1: ~222 → ~207 ng/mL → minor decrease (both normal)
  • Magnesium (already covered): improved

Haematocrit

Is on the higher end at 0.52 but will maintain my current level of Caber

So over all am happy with the way things are going a few things I need to do, more water, less Potassium intake and start taking Liver supps.

Bros, when I was a kid, my cousins took me out on the boat, then threw me overboard to teach me how to swim. I almost drowned so I hate water.
 
Yeah brother people do die out here, alot of big shit, you can see the size of the chain! 108mm diameter of link thickness is the largest ive pulled up. The tension that is on these things is huge and if it snaps due to corrosion or fatigue its like a 10ton missile. Or on ship like I am working on now where we deliver goods snd take goods away if proper procedures not followed crushing related deaths have occured where the load shifts or the vessel moves when in a large sea pinning people to other cargo or the likes. Yeah can get dangerous but with proper precaussions the risk factor and danger are removed to the most part.
Oh wow and if someone dies what happens? Do they get some type of compensation?

Wasnt going to post today or yesterdays as basically only have macros for info, but here I am on a bus going to my ship and posting my log. Anyone out there that has experience in travelling and keeping diet and training going, send me your experience and hacks that makes things easier.
Over shot my carbs yesterday but was close to macros. No steps and no training although got a good sleep and sometimes that is a good thing for the old body to recover, feeling rested this morning.

Am looking at changing to ED pinning for GH. Surprisingly no ankle issues so far and will be increasing to 4IU in a few days and will be closely watching as this is where I had issues before. Will also be adding 1mg daily of BPC157 to the Glow and Cartalax in an effort to get as close as possible to pain free for the last 4 weeks where I want to give it a good push to set me up for a 4-week recons and then start my Lean Bulk. Have an idea of running EQ, Test E, Mast E (1st 8weeks), Mast P (2nd 8Weeks), Primo, Deca all in an effort to really Lean bulk and finish the 16 weeks at 11 or 12 BF with 6-9kg of muscle which I will hope fully to be able to keep. This will have me a long way short of the 100kg I wanted but have to be realistic, am an old F@#$ and can't do what 40 YO's do. Any way that is a long ways off, I think possible but finances and the missus will dictate.
Just throwing this out here now so if there is any advice and suggestions, please let me know. I like to get my plan in order well before I need to start it.

Hey @ballin2504 yeah thats the goal to keep lean and put on muscle as I found out the hard way that adding too much BF during Bulk makes it more difficult to cut back to 10bf. Looking forward to growing, if not 100kg this time then next time for sure if I manage to put on 6-9kg of retainable mass. I'm excited but a long way to go and alot of hard work. Thanks for checking in old boy!

G'Day to ALL

Yesssss, got some sleep, dragged my sorry arse outta bed and into the gym finally. Not a huge workout but the first one in the transition from home to work is always the hardest to get under the belt. Happy bout this and it felt gooood! No heavy weights, slow and controlled reps for the most part nice little pumps in the bi's and Lats.
Still looking after the shoulder and it feels like it is improving especially since I added the 1mg BPC daily to the Glow and Cartalax.
Body is holding out well with the 4IU GH.
Have started taking 12.5mg Aromasin 2x week, see how this goes for 2 weeks and then may drop back to 12.5mg weekly.
Macros are doing well, weekly average is 250p 178c and 80 f pretty well on point and still running daily 800-950 cal deficit.
The Hunger noise seems to have settled, definitely not all gone but not as pronounced, still running Reta 5mg weekly, 1mg Sema and 500mcg Gargi 2x weekly, will keep this up until noise raises its ugly head again where I will increase Cargi to 1mg.

Thanks @Tiger Salman Khan, its always nice to know am on the right path in getting my info across. Yeah the shoulder is feeling better but not sure I can do much with osteo arthritus, thats why am trialing the cartalax as there are somecreports of cartlidge regeneration. But I feel its more of a wishful thinking act but have to give everything a try. The increase in bpc is more of a help currently. Just want to be relatively painfree for a big push in the last 4 weeks of my cut.

Still looking after the shoulder and it feels like it is improving especially since I added the 1mg BPC daily to the Glow and Cartalax.
Body is holding out well with the 4IU GH.
Have started taking 12.5mg Aromasin 2x week, see how this goes for 2 weeks and then may drop back to 12.5mg weekly.
Macros are doing well, weekly average is 250p 178c and 80 f pretty well on point and still running daily 800-950 cal deficit.
The Hunger noise seems to have settled, definitely not all gone but not as pronounced, still running Reta 5mg weekly, 1mg Sema and 500mcg Gargi 2x weekly, will keep this up until noise raises its ugly head again where I will increase Cargi to 1mg.

Hi All, another day down.
No real changes except the swelling seems to have subsided in my ankles so am going to chance the planned increase in HGH to 4.5IU for the week.
The Cargi and Sema mix seems to be working well. The food noise has been rather well subdued only after approx. 2 weeks. The Cargi has been a great addition and doesn't affect my ability to eat yet my constant hunger has been sedated. Have been putting both into one pin and have not notices and clouding or degradation in the compounds and seems to be working well when combined. Am kind of inclined to drop Sema just to see what the change would be but am not willing to upset the apple cart at the moment as am at a happy medium.
Still maintaining my macros at 250p 170c and 80f but as haven't been able to weigh myself while out at sea as the scales wont work with the movement on the ocean, I dont really know where am at. We will be pulling into port and will be able to weigh myself when we are alongside but it will be at a different time of day and after eating so will have to use it as a new starting point. Will be looking to reduce carbs even further if the scales are not moving much.

Have adjusted my supplements in my app to reflect the daily table I drew up earlier, so you may see some double entries which reflect 2x daily intake as well as time stamps of morning afternoon and before bed. Cronometer is a great app but its data base is poor in comparison to Myfitness Pal which I was using for a couple of years before Cronometer.
The app I am using for my workouts is Jefit and not overly happy with it so if anyone has any suggestions to a much better exercise app please let me know.

An interesting graph on my Samsung fitness app showing my energy levels when at home and the distinct drop in energy due to lack of sleep mainly when I am at work. It is always hard to drag my sorry arse upto the gym when onboard the vessel.

Just weighed in at 88kg. Thats not good but i did have 1200 cal 3lt water plus plus before weigh in.
I bought the scales from home as well to try and keep consistancy. Will reweigh middnight tonight before work which should be equal to my morning weighins at home. Yes sleep is an issue as my body doesnt get time to rebuild/repair. Oh well chest today, looking forward to it. Cheers @LevButlerov

Have been pinning this sweet nectar for the last two weeks and seen a noticeable hardening although still have a long way to go to get rid of the fat. Have notice good separation occurring and enhanced vascularity, lean muscle has actually increased while fat has been reduced with an approx. Cal deficit of around 600-800cal. I believe that @LevButlerov advice on macros has helped here so much and has allowed me to maintain size while dropping fat. Will be looking at dropping Carbs even further and increasing Protein while maintaining fat at 80g, this seems to work wonders for me. Am sooooo pumped to see how far I can go with the quality products from @shadow labs.

I have now officially become a Shadow Labs Disciple. Maybe even their first disciple?

The day started normally with pinning and supps before work. Then off to work, busy day as always when alongside and especially today and the next 2 days as we have maintenance period where we fix everything that can not be fixed while performing the duties of the vessel. Then the day changed when I got a text from Shadow Labs asking if I would like some sponsorship. Hell Yeah! For the rest of the day all I could think of was going to the gym.
Have been looking after my macros well and have averaged down my Carbs and increased intake of Proteins. Will try to maintain this, see how we go.

The shoulders held out well only slight aches as stopped when felt any more pain than that. Even with that managed to do more weight than normal on incline chest smith machine.
I very rarely do dumbbell flies but did them today only light and not overextending and huge focus on chest contraction and then super set these with dumbbell close together push, sorry don't know what they are called. but always focus was on feeling it in the chest and todays session I felt it in the chest more than I have in a long time. Tris coming along well and have been doing drop downs generally at end of each excersise but may have to limit this until I get the Bis to catchup the the tris.

Also did my 11500 steps for the day which was icing on the cake. Am always changing it up, not sure if that's good or bad but my thinking is don't let the body get used to it. I am not after strength so much as after the pump and hypertrophy to build a body that looks like @ceo.
Oh and my glutes have been killing me all day after the RDL yesterday. Love and hate that feeling.:D

Thought I would add a few graphs showing how things are progressing. BF down, Muscle mass up ever so slightly but still up. Oh and my weight is still up but could be water retention due to the GH increase. Will stay at 4IU until swelling reduces or reduce amount if it gets worse.

I very rarely do dumbbell flies but did them today only light and not overextending and huge focus on chest contraction and then super set these with dumbbell close together push, sorry don't know what they are called. but always focus was on feeling it in the chest and todays session I felt it in the chest more than I have in a long time. Tris coming along well and have been doing drop downs generally at end of each excersise but may have to limit this until I get the Bis to catchup the the tris.

Also did my 11500 steps for the day which was icing on the cake. Am always changing it up, not sure if that's good or bad but my thinking is don't let the body get used to it. I am not after strength so much as after the pump and hypertrophy to build a body that looks like @ceo.
Oh and my glutes have been killing me all day after the RDL yesterday. Love and hate that feeling.:D

Then off to work, busy day as always when alongside and especially today and the next 2 days as we have maintenance period where we fix everything that can not be fixed while performing the duties of the vessel. Then the day changed when I got a text from Shadow Labs asking if I would like some sponsorship. Hell Yeah! For the rest of the day all I could think of was going to the gym.
Have been looking after my macros well and have averaged down my Carbs and increased intake of Proteins. Will try to maintain this, see how we go.

The shoulders held out well only slight aches as stopped when felt any more pain than that. Even with that managed to do more weight than normal on incline chest smith machine.

Have been pinning this sweet nectar for the last two weeks and seen a noticeable hardening although still have a long way to go to get rid of the fat. Have notice good separation occurring and enhanced vascularity, lean muscle has actually increased while fat has been reduced with an approx. Cal deficit of around 600-800cal. I believe that @LevButlerov advice on macros has helped here so much and has allowed me to maintain size while dropping fat. Will be looking at dropping Carbs even further and increasing Protein while maintaining fat at 80g, this seems to work wonders for me. Am sooooo pumped to see how far I can go with the quality products from @shadow labs.

I have now officially become a Shadow Labs Disciple. Maybe even their first disciple?

Thanks @ROIDDERS yeah I put them in as they show a trend as there numbers are way out. Am more like 16%bf not 9 but the trend is the important thing and I am impressed myself and looking forward to seeing how far I can go by the end of my lean bulk especially now that @shadow labs are looking after me with quality juice so that I may become the beast I always wated to be....😎 Its never too late to have a go. Not sure I understand this recomp thing so will have a bit more of a read on that but if you say its perfect then going by your build and chiseled bod, I must be doing something right. Thanks for your encouragement, I appreciate it hugely.

Sorry must have missed this one. You mean tired after pinning GH? No, it also has no affect on me and my sleep pinning in evening. Don't know what it is but doesn't help me sleep at all. I can take 8 Melatonin 10mg and it have no to little affect, tried DSIP, and a host of other peptides to aid sleep to nil affect. I really would love a full night of good deep sleep but just can not seem to get it.

Hey All, another day with sweet FA sleep but determined to keep plugging away to get to where I need to go before my next cycle which have already started planning. Will be dropping the Primo from my Lean Bulk and using more of poor mans Primo (EQ). But that's still a long ways off and need to focus a little more on the now. Dropped the ball a little on my Macros, went over on my proteins and fats but didn't drop my Carbs so was around 400 cal over what I want to be running at. You know its so hard to keep logging your foods when you know you've gone over but forced myself to do it as it matters at the end of the week more than just on the day. The noise was amplified in the afternoon so am considering bumping the Cargi to 2mg split, will give it one more week and see, if it amplifies then for sure. Just couldny say no to the mince beef.

I am getting close to the completion of week5 and think am settled enough to be able to do a full review with measurements and pics as I missed week 4. I am feeling fuller and leaner although I think am carrying a fair bit of water.
Have been continuing with 4IU HGH daily split and it seems the swelling is not getting any worse and could be on the mend. May carry 4IU into next week just to be sure as it seems to be the sticking point for me.
The Shoulder mix is working really well and have introduced the morning dose of HGH into the mix and SQ into shoulder and that seems to have amplified the repair process. Am still taking care of it when lifting but am finding am pushing harder and harder which is what I need.
The workout wasnt awesome but it was a workout and had my fore arms we and truely pumped with the lats only slightly. The Bi's seem to be filling out but the RHS Bi looks so deformed I find myself just looking at mt left one.:ROFLMAO:
The bent over rows on the smith machine were really nice and controlled today and actually felt it lower in the lats so hopefully will start growing wings.

Still managed to get in over 13000 steps in for the day so hopefully offset a little bit of the weakness shown in food control.
Have gone thru my first vial of @shadow labs MAST Prop (Drostanolone Propionate), just can not get over how good this is compared to the stuff I was getting from overseas and the quality of the vials, well, I couldn't bring myself to throw the empty away:rolleyes:.

Thanks @LevButlerov if you happy with it makes me feel better as wasnt overly happy about it. Need to give the chicken legs a workout today I think and another 10000 steps. But I feel as though I am putting on weight and not cutting well enough. Maybe am just tired and having self doubt moment.

The Shoulder mix is working really well and have introduced the morning dose of HGH into the mix and SQ into shoulder and that seems to have amplified the repair process. Am still taking care of it when lifting but am finding am pushing harder and harder which is what I need.
The workout wasnt awesome but it was a workout and had my fore arms we and truely pumped with the lats only slightly. The Bi's seem to be filling out but the RHS Bi looks so deformed I find myself just looking at mt left one.:ROFLMAO:
The bent over rows on the smith machine were really nice and controlled today and actually felt it lower in the lats so hopefully will start growing wings.

No stretching today just straight into it as was pushed for time and ran out of energy really quick today, lack of sleep.
Still managed to get in over 13000 steps in for the day so hopefully offset a little bit of the weakness shown in food control.
Have gone thru my first vial of @shadow labs MAST Prop (Drostanolone Propionate), just can not get over how good this is compared to the stuff I was getting from overseas and the quality of the vials, well, I couldn't bring myself to throw the empty away:rolleyes:.

Ok now to todays progress, or rather lack of it. Today the mind was willing but the body struggled. I did manage to get a good 4-5 hrs sleep which was great feel a bit chirpier.
Made sure I did my 10000 steps at least and maintained my Macros within limits and even with the blow out the other day the weekly macros are looking on point maintaining my reduction in carbs. My weight is still up there. Was thinking the increase in weight could be attributed to the change in scales as even though the scales are the same model from the same manufacturer, I did not do comparison before I left for work. This definitely goes into the notebook for next time.
The HGH is going well as there is no increasing of the ankle swelling which is great as was worried about this level but seems that proper titration is helping alot, go figure. Sometimes I am in just such a rush to get to the end point that I neglect to do the simple things. Have 4 more days and if all remains as is will be increasing to 4.5IU.
Have decided to stop taking Aromasin as I have no indications or symptoms that give me reason to continue with the AI.

So the day started as per normal. Dosing and supplements the off to work.

Not sure if it took all of the compounds this long to kick off and the increase in BPC just assisted in the repair but what ever it will be running this hopefully until the end of my bulk as am keen to see what the cartalax does with continuous high dosage use does. Current path will be in good physical form for the last 4 weeks where I want to really hit it to see if I can get my bf down to a good level before the bulk. Am only planning 4 weeks of recomp but don't know what I am doing there yet as I haven't researched this enough yet. Hope some EVO family could help me here with this as I feel a little out of my depth with what to do in relation to all facets of the recomp phase of cycles.
