New log & exciting news!
I am pleased to announce that I am now sponsored by and part of Team Oxygen!
Since joining Evo three years ago, I’ve encountered so many incredible individuals. It’s one of the very few forums where respect and positivity truly prevail. Most importantly, through our logs, we get to see what life throws at us. For better or worse. All in all, I believe that obstacles shape us into who we are today. Personally, my discipline is what has saved me more than once and made me who I am, despite the self-destruction I may have caused along the way. I have learned so much from the Evo family, and I am honored to join forces with Team Oxygen.
There are so few UGLs in Canada, and it's even rarer to find one that meets and exceeds standards. Since Oxygen is an approved source here, I could tell right away they were different. They have a very professional website, stellar customer service and they're a true one-stop shop for anything PED-related in Canada.
I’m not an influencer and I’m not the biggest dude around, but I freaking love what I do. Whenever I invest my time into something, my life revolves around it so I can extract the absolute best out of it. I’m eager to see how Oxygen can elevate my results.
I’m sorry if this log is similar to the previous one as I had just started it a month ago. This new log will serve as a showcase to Oxygen incredible products with bloodwork as proof of efficacy as I will be exclusively using Oxygen products.
Background (36 y/o, 5' 11'' male)
Ex-endurance athlete. Over the course of the last few years I transitioned from a 130 lbs cyclist to a fitness enthusiast wanna-be bodybuilder. I always had a predominance to leanness due to my athletic background. I’ve raced in the USA and in Europe in the Pyrenees and was a “grimpeur” due to my functional threshold power and V02max. I stopped everything cycling related due to work and transitioned to fitness in 2017. After 5-6 years of military regimen, calculated diet and weight lifting, I stagnated at around 160-165 pounds (+35 lbs from start) and did my first testosterone-only cycle in 2025.
Here you can see the starting point and the first 6 years of lifting:

The evolution of the first cycle:
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...anavar-vascularity-for-the-summer-log.104639/ (second iteration with masteron)
My first experience with testosterone in 2025 showed me that I am a very prone responder. My natural baseline was:
Total test: 372 ng/dL
Free: 55 pg/mL
Bioavailable: 112 ng/dL
With a very low average dose of 170 mg per week of testosterone, I was able to get the following:
Total test: 1327 ng/dL
Free: 543 pg/ml
Bioavailable: 1116 ng/dL
It's important to mention that I'm an extremist. When I have my head deep down into a goal, my entire life goes around it. This might lead to atypical results. That being said, it also shows that very minimal PEDs are required (if at all) to achieve somewhat great results, at least for my lifestyle-oriented objectives. Diet, sleep, and consistency go a lot further than 1 gram of gear.
Since joining EVO up to 2026
I got divorced in 2024, which led to severe mental health issues and heavy alcohol consumption. In 2025 I joined EVO and ran a low dose testosterone-only cycle. At the time, I thought I had finally cleared the darkness. Unfortunately, it crept back up in Q3 of 2025 and I spiraled back into drinking until January 2026.
During that 4 to 5 month collapse, my body composition went completely out of whack. I dropped from a lean 185 lbs after my first cycle down to a fluffy 175 lbs by January 2026.
Then, I started using Retatrutide at 1 mg a week. This changed everything. I have never felt so wired. Since the very first injection, my stress has been unbelievably easy to manage and my cortisol feels optimal. I have zero urge to drink and no desire to derail my diet. The compound is phenomenal. That is all I used from January 2026 to the end of April 2026.
My goal was to burn off all the fat I had put on during my relapse. I was fully prepared to lose some muscle mass in the process, knowing that rebuilding is much easier on a lean frame than trying to fight fat while recomping.
After dropping from 175 lbs to 160 lbs during my Retatrutide cut, I managed to stabilize my weight at around 167 lbs as of May 2026. I feel great, look full and round all the time, and believe I can build nicely from here without the excess fluff.
As of now, I am off everything. First pin was this morning.
The foundation - Lifestyle oriented approach
Now that I'm back to a strong foundation, I'm about to start my cycle. I won't ever be 200 pounds. My goal is lifestyle-oriented. I like the outdoors (mountain biking, hiking) too much to carry around that amount of weight. I just like having an athletic and muscular build that I can enjoy my life with, if that makes sense. I also don't like the idea of packing an insane amount of gear, as I know for a fact that very little is required when all other factors are in check. The gear shouldn't be there to compensate for a bad diet or a bad lifestyle. It should simply be there to complement it. Of course, if the idea is to weigh 200+ lbs, this is different. I'm not part of this group.
Goal - Low side effects and minimal effective dose
That being said, the approach is the search for my minimal effective dose. I want the cycle to be simple, easy to manage (prone responder and heavy aromatizer), and have low side effects. My previous experience leads me to think that a 300-400 mg weekly anabolic load is plenty. More importantly, I want it to be lifestyle oriented in order to keep riding my bike and hiking mountains. I would like to get to 170-175 lbs while remaining tight as I am right now.
The PEDs
Test cyp: 150 mg a week, 2 injections per week from @OxygenPharm
NPP: 150 mg a week, 2 injections per week from @OxygenPharm
Reta: 1 mg per week and titrate up as time goes by due to possible adaptation. From @OxygenPharm
AI: aromasin 12.5 mg as needed. Won’t need it at this dose but just in case.
Clenbuterol: will try to make a quick 4 week burst at the end to clear excess fat. Clen as proven to be very effective to me in the past, I just need to decide if it’s worth the side effects. My body composition will tell.
My Chief Quality Officer was very happy to examine the quality of the supplies.

Bloodwork
Every three months with my doctor. I have an appointment in July. This will show the legitimacy of the @OxygenPharm gear.
The bloodwork will be very revealing as my base line was terrible for some hormonal markers (test, SHBG, E2) in April 2026 :
Total test: 372 ng/dL
Free: 61 pg/ml
Bioavailable: 156 ng/dL
SHBG: 54 nmol/L
Estradiol: 12.5 pg/ml
HDL: 1.63 nmol/L
LDL: 3.22 nmol/L
Triglyceride: 0.77 nmol/L
TSH: 2.31 mUI/L
Free T3: 4.1 pmol/L
Free T4: 18.4 pmol/L
The training
Three day split, twice a week.
Day 1: legs and abs
Day 2: shoulders and back
Day 3: chest and arms
Day 4: rest
Repeat
The leg day is often replaced by mountain biking sessions. I will likely lose size in the legs again this summer due to the mountain biking but it is what it is. I just cannot recover quick enough to have full leg days + mountain biking. It needs to be one or the other.
Furthermore, last week I hurt my back at the job. My lower back is still very stiff. Same for my left hamstring. I thought about a herniated disk but the pain seems manageable so I might be safe. I will likely avoid any squat movement for the time being and go for machines such as leg press and belt squat. I had these kinds of issues in the past. It goes away but I got to be very careful not to play with fire.
The diet
I simply prep separate ingredients and mix it all together. One protein, one carbohydrate one fat.
Protein: egg whites, chicken breasts, horse meat, cod or white fish, tuna cans, whey
Carbs : oatmeal, white rice, sweet potatoes, fruits and veggies
Fats: sardines, eggs, olive oil
Supplements
Vitamin D3
N2Guard
Multi-vitamin
P5P : 50 mg per day to block the prolactin increase from NPP.
Astragalus : 3-4 g per day to lower the creatinine and protects kidneys
Omega-3 : 2,000 to 3,000 mg of actual EPA/DHA
Current physique
Below are the most current pictures of May 2026, right before I leave for my work contract up North.
Stay blessed folks!
