Great workout but not many PRs, 30 mins cardio got me sweating more than usual @LevButlerov Just for you mate.
Probably could have had more than one meal before working out, Im going to keep things pretty much the same till end of the month doing bloods first week of June, take progress photos and measurements and post here, should have some touchdowns of products that will support my next push.

Got a few further experiments I want to post later on also to run alongside my red light therapy too.
Enjoying the diet break but keep to run more compounds and strip off this water and fat, I actually don't feel bloated or anything eating more because I'm eating more of the right foods, enjoying a bowl of weetbix etc

Your body was probably cravingggg that extra food and is utilising every last bit you’re eating, you’ll notice when the fat isn’t increasing but you’re eating more!

I purchased a cheap small pad on AliExpress that does the two different wavelengths both red 660nm and 850nm near infrared, it's relatively small and runs for 30 minutes so I can generally get part of my body and dedicate the love handles each side when I'm chilling watching tv, maybe in the future I invest in a bigger device

It can take time to see improvements but I've been pretty consistent, also applying 0.025% tretinoin then moisturizer to my body. Tretinoin will only make surface layer improvements I never really look close enough to see stretchmarks but alongside microneedling once a month might see some improvement with laxity and visibility of stretch marks but that can take 6 months or longer to reverse all those years of being overweight.

Yeah just don't ask me to do pull ups though, last time I used pull ups on the assisted machine I think with 40-50kg assisted I do go all the way down but did them for reps.

Threw in a few assisted chin ups which previously I used 54kg for the assist, it was at the end of the workout.

Very flat workouts, but at least I got them done, Have been experimenting with half a Viagra 50mg and Half a Cialis pre workout the pump on arms was fantastic but I was also using Glycerol.

Tret and Keto are staples that I tend to use plus some Antibiotics for standby, I dont currently have any blood pressure issues but it is something I should check more frequently.

Leg day, push and pull all wrapped up and logged together, three sessions in the bank for the week mate.
 
Knees are fine, just hate the pin loaded machine for press, was relatively exhausted at the end of this anyway.

Have had a break from training for 3 days pre bloods to get an accurate baseline on my liver values as my previous bloodwork showed elevated ast and alt and did a big deadlift day on Sunday.
waiting on bloods :D
