Hey guys, first real post on here. I'm happy to join your community. Gonna document my first cycle with real PED's here. I'm completely new to roids, so criticism is completely welcomed. My package from USP should be here tomorrow morning, and I'm waiting on natty bloods to begin my TRT. So now's a good time to fine tune the smaller details before I start. Also, I was ordinally going to use 4IU GH for the duration of the cycle, but my shipment from China is taking longer than expected. I think my shit got seized. So I'll begin GH whenever it arrives.
Cycle roadmap. Again, criticism is welcome so feel free to give me suggestions.
Weeks 1-4:
Test Enanthate: 250mg twice weekly
EQ: 100mg dosed with test.
Weeks 4-8
Test E: 400/wk
EQ: 200/week (or lower depending on my E2 levels)
Tadafil: 5mg ED
Tbol: 10mg beginning week 8
Weeks 8-12
Test E: 400/wk
EQ 200/wk
Tadalafil: 5mg ED
Tbol: 20-40mg depending on liver bloods
Weeks 13-16
Test E: 300/wk
EQ: 100/wk (is tapering off necessary, eq has a long half life. let me know in the replies if this is redundant.)
TRT will follow as the EQ clears. HcG and clomid are on standby in case something goes wrong and I need to stop
Supps: Multivitamin, zinc, magnesium, ashwagandha, melatonin, and N2 guard. Any more recommendations are welcomed.
Ancillaries: Tadalafil and aromasin. Should I invest in some tamoxifen or letrozole? Reta for insulin sensitivity and GLOW for joints will be on full duration. CJC IPA will be used until my GH comes in the mail. Would semax be helpful for neuro protection?
Background: Just turned 20 two weeks ago. Ordered some gear as a birthday present for myself lmao. I've been working out for a couple of years, but most of it was shitty training and diet. I've only been really dialed in for a little over one. Been in BJJ for about 3 years now, but recently it's been getting a little boring and chasing aesthetics has been more fun.
Purpose of my cycle is to put on some mass while being shredded. I would probably have to be shredded first but that's a work in progress. I'm 161lbs, about 16% body fat. The dexa scan at my gym never gives a good number so not sure on the real number.
PED experience: I'm currently on GLOW 70, reta, cjc 1295, and ipamorelin. I was pretty disappointed by the performance enhancing results. GLOW helped heal a pretty nasty MCL injury, but the GH peptides did practically nothing besides help me sleep. I had good results from reta.
Activity: Strength training 4-5 times a week. BJJ 1-3 times a week. I barely have time for bjj anymore, I'm working 2 jobs to afford the blast so I've just been hitting the treadmill more often.
Diet: Coming off a cut currently. Eating 160mg protein and 275g carbs ED. I'll track and upload my diet for the log.
Sleep: bad. I try to get 7-9 hours of sleep, but i think i should see a doctor for insomnia. Might be a smart idea before beginning the cycle.
My phone is broken atm. I'll post pics when I get a new one. Can't wait for the feedback from you guys.
