Approved Log Summer Cutting Cycle Log - Team US-Pharmacies

Hey, decided to start a log to keep myself accountable.

Stats-
23 years old
202 pounds
5'8-9'
22% body fat? Not quite sure, please let me know when I post the pictures.
FFMI- 22.57
Maintenance Cals- 3,000

Goal-
Get back to abs. After doing my calculations, I will be sitting at 170 pounds once I get abs, assuming that my body fat estimate is correct.

I would also like to get stronger throughout the cut, but to maintain my look at the peak of my cut, I figured that Halo would be the best option but @US-pharmacies doesn't carry it, so I may just leave it out. If their testosterone base comes back in stock for domestic, I will be buying vials of it.

I have recently left home (due to some bad abuse), so my savings balance is quite low. I currently have a 1 year blood work through my local hospital, where I am able to get bloods drawn once per month. I also have enough money to pay for my meals as I spend very low, roughly $50/week for my meal prep. I also have a 1 year gym subscription at my local powerlifting gym. Due to these issues, I am currently looking for a sponsor for my next bolded section (PED'S, peptides, etc.) I have large supply of NAC, TUDCA, Milk Thistle, Vitamin E, and Psyllium Husk.

PED'S/Peptides/"Ancillaries"
Weeks 2-4

Testosterone Enanthate, 300 mg/week. (reason- hormonal base, this is my best dosage that I have found. Any less and I feel gross. I do have crashed testosterone from multiple failed PCT's- will be doing TRT for life.) hopeful source- US-P
Primobolan Depot, 200 mg/week (best ratio for me for the estrogen conversion from testosterone.) hopeful source- US-P
Anavar, 25 mg/day (muscle protein synthesis, enhanced BMR, retain strength, prevents sub-q water) hopeful source- US-P
Cardarine, 10 mg/day (cardio benefits. caloric benefits.) hopeful source- US-P
Retatrutide, 1 mg/week (glucagon benefits, some food noise cancellation) hopeful source- US-P, maybe combatresearch.is (not an approved source, but I trust them, I have tested their products before.)
Semaglutide, .25 mg/week (true food noise cancellation- I feel like retatrutide is better for the glucagon portion than food noise, also very low dose sema) hopeful source- US-P
Glow, 2 mg/day (skin clearing, hair) hopeful source- combatresearch.is
MT-2, .25 mg/day loading phase for 1st week. Then, .5 mg/week. (tanning, duh) hopeful source- US-P

Might add in .25 mL split bilaterally into lower abdomen fat/upper pubic area of "ShredX" from combatresearch.is (L-Carnitine, Clen, Yohimbine)
Semaglutide- 0.25 mg< 0.5 mg/week

Weeks 8-10
ShredX- bump to .5 mL bilaterally if I end up using it.
Anavar- 25 mg/day < 50 mg/day
Semaglutide- 0.5 < 0.75 mg/day

**Week 1 is natty due to not having my supplements as of now.**

Food currently-
2200 calories.
180 g protein.

Breakfast-
3 eggs
250 g egg whites
banana

Snack-
16 ounces Greek yogurt
raspberries + strawberries

Lunch-
160 g pasta (very good for my workout. talk to a wall.)
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
banana

Supper-
5 ounces 95/5 ground beef, with ketchup + mustard + seasoning.


Cardio- 30 minutes fasted on an incline treadmill, 5x weekly
-5 minutes on assault bike 45/15, 2x weekly.
Cardio and supplements will slowly titrate up deeper into the cut, with food going down.

I forgot to add in my program previously, so here it is. It is using the same basis as Bullmastiff by Alexander Bromley, though say the rep range is 6 and I get 8, I add 2% to my estimated max total and then base my next workout off of the new max total.

The + signifies that the last set is AMRAP, which is what my previous paragraph was referencing.

i'm glad you got this log started. my advice is hold off on using gear. you are still raw and you need to build a better base first.

i think focusing on diet and training for atleast 1-2 years and waiting to use the PED's would be very smart. again that is merely advice, if you want to roll with it that is your decision.

I have been training for a little over 3 years, and have taken cycles in the past, my natural ability is demolished.

It was just really bad angles with horrible lighting and no pump, I'll take better pictures sometime in the near future.

i get you have used hormones in the past, but you are still only 23 though. your body really starts maturing as you get closer to 30

regardless if you do choose to run PED's again you really need to dial in diet/training bigtime to get the most out of it

Fair enough, thanks for the advice but I am just going to follow through with it, I would rather start now when everything in my body is healthy vs when I am 30 or 35 and my body is deteriorating.

That's not correct.

You're too young and should NOT have done multiple cycles at 23. The chest looks like you have gyno.

Own it. Deal with it. Improve from it

You can get something like Digest Gold and take it before your meals. @thebull321 you can see if it really makes a difference. A lot of people have trouble digesting lactose for example.

I forgot to add in my program previously, so here it is. It is using the same basis as Bullmastiff by Alexander Bromley, though say the rep range is 6 and I get 8, I add 2% to my estimated max total and then base my next workout off of the new max total.

The + signifies that the last set is AMRAP, which is what my previous paragraph was referencing.

For sure I still have tons of time, many people peak around the age of 30. My goal is to add 40 pounds of muscle over the next 5 years, aiming for 8-12 pounds per year so if I fall short of my goals I still land on a cloud.
I have all of my cycles planned for the next 5 years so if my goals end up changing, I can always adjust on the spot. I have it set up as a 16 week cut, into an 8 week rebound, into a 20 week bulk, into an 8 week health phase.

For sure, I feel like MOTS-C, SS-31, or SHREDX (carnitine + Clen + yohimbine) would help me burn more fat during my cardio, but I do not have the cash flow for stuff like that. I am going to continue cardio, of course.

I used to digest milk really well but when I got older it's not happening. Just keep that in mind.

Goal-
Get back to abs. After doing my calculations, I will be sitting at 170 pounds once I get abs, assuming that my body fat estimate is correct.

I would also like to get stronger throughout the cut, but to maintain my look at the peak of my cut, I figured that Halo would be the best option but @US-pharmacies doesn't carry it, so I may just leave it out. If their testosterone base comes back in stock for domestic, I will be buying vials of it.

I have recently left home (due to some bad abuse), so my savings balance is quite low. I currently have a 1 year blood work through my local hospital, where I am able to get bloods drawn once per month. I also have enough money to pay for my meals as I spend very low, roughly $50/week for my meal prep. I also have a 1 year gym subscription at my local powerlifting gym. Due to these issues, I am currently looking for a sponsor for my next bolded section (PED'S, peptides, etc.) I have large supply of NAC, TUDCA, Milk Thistle, Vitamin E, and Psyllium Husk.

you need to buy electrolyte powder, like a big bag its cheap and add taurine to it, keep a big 1 gallon jug with few scoops to help the headache @thebull321

cognitive you'll see a huge change towards 30 grams just go up slowly :D
Really you think as high as 30 grams I have taken the 20 g loading phase and kept it my running didn’t notice much change ay

I did a 12 hour shift at my concrete job on Thursday, it reached 38 C/97 F. Gave me a raging headache, sodium/ibuprofen/water didn't help. Decided to bump my workouts back one day and skip the 2nd deadlift session.

Friday-
Squats, 4*6+. Used 265. got 8 on my last set.
Leg Extensions, 3*15. 135 pounds.
Hamstring Curls, 3*15. 105 pounds.
RDL's, 3*6-8. 205 pounds.
Seated Calf Raises, 3*10. 205 pound barbell on knees (home workout, only option)
Goblet Squats, 3*6. 70 pound dumbbells.

Saturday
Bench, 4*6+. Used 165. got 9 on my last set.
Lat Raises, 3*10. 20 pound dumbbells.
Tricep Extensions, 3*8. 70 pounds.
Overhead Tricep Extensions, 3*8. 70 pounds
JM Press, 3*6. 135 pounds. (@FrankTREN got any tips for JM Press? Kinda just hurts and don't really feel it. I always see you have it in your program.)
Incline DB Bench, 4*6. 60 pound dumbbells.
Egyptian Lat Raises, 3*12. 20 pounds/cable
Ab Workout

Breakfast-

16 ounces Greek yogurt
raspberries + strawberries

1 Tbsp. Butter

Supper-
5 ounces 95/5 ground beef, with ketchup + mustard.
2200 cals/180 g protein.

Cardio- 30 minutes fasted on an incline treadmill, 5x weekly
-5 minutes on assault bike 45/15, 2x weekly.

yes 30 grams but it would be cognitive benefits along with physical ones :D
