Hey, decided to start a log to keep myself accountable.
Stats-
23 years old
202 pounds
5'8-9'
22% body fat? Not quite sure, please let me know when I post the pictures.
FFMI- 22.57
Maintenance Cals- 3,000
Goal-
Get back to abs. After doing my calculations, I will be sitting at 170 pounds once I get abs, assuming that my body fat estimate is correct.
I would also like to get stronger throughout the cut, but to maintain my look at the peak of my cut, I figured that Halo would be the best option but @US-pharmacies doesn't carry it, so I may just leave it out. If their testosterone base comes back in stock for domestic, I will be buying vials of it.
I have recently left home (due to some bad abuse), so my savings balance is quite low. I currently have a 1 year blood work through my local hospital, where I am able to get bloods drawn once per month. I also have enough money to pay for my meals as I spend very low, roughly $50/week for my meal prep. I also have a 1 year gym subscription at my local powerlifting gym. Due to these issues, I am currently looking for a sponsor for my next bolded section (PED'S, peptides, etc.) I have large supply of NAC, TUDCA, Milk Thistle, Vitamin E, and Psyllium Husk.
PED'S/Peptides/"Ancillaries"
Weeks 2-4
Testosterone Enanthate, 300 mg/week. (reason- hormonal base, this is my best dosage that I have found. Any less and I feel gross. I do have crashed testosterone from multiple failed PCT's- will be doing TRT for life.) hopeful source- US-P
Primobolan Depot, 200 mg/week (best ratio for me for the estrogen conversion from testosterone.) hopeful source- US-P
Anavar, 25 mg/day (muscle protein synthesis, enhanced BMR, retain strength, prevents sub-q water) hopeful source- US-P
Cardarine, 10 mg/day (cardio benefits. caloric benefits.) hopeful source- US-P
Retatrutide, 1 mg/week (glucagon benefits, some food noise cancellation) hopeful source- US-P, maybe combatresearch.is (not an approved source, but I trust them, I have tested their products before.)
Semaglutide, .25 mg/week (true food noise cancellation- I feel like retatrutide is better for the glucagon portion than food noise, also very low dose sema) hopeful source- US-P
Glow, 2 mg/day (skin clearing, hair) hopeful source- combatresearch.is
MT-2, .25 mg/day loading phase for 1st week. Then, .5 mg/week. (tanning, duh) hopeful source- US-P
Weeks 5-7
Retatrutide 1<2 mg/week
Might add in .25 mL split bilaterally into lower abdomen fat/upper pubic area of "ShredX" from combatresearch.is (L-Carnitine, Clen, Yohimbine)
Semaglutide- 0.25 mg< 0.5 mg/week
Weeks 8-10
ShredX- bump to .5 mL bilaterally if I end up using it.
Anavar- 25 mg/day < 50 mg/day
Semaglutide- 0.5 < 0.75 mg/day
**Week 1 is natty due to not having my supplements as of now.**
Food currently-
2200 calories.
180 g protein.
Breakfast-
3 eggs
250 g egg whites
banana
Snack-
16 ounces Greek yogurt
raspberries + strawberries
Lunch-
160 g pasta (very good for my workout. talk to a wall.)
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
banana
Supper-
5 ounces 95/5 ground beef, with ketchup + mustard + seasoning.
Cardio- 30 minutes fasted on an incline treadmill, 5x weekly
-5 minutes on assault bike 45/15, 2x weekly.
Cardio and supplements will slowly titrate up deeper into the cut, with food going down.
