It’s difficult to express how grateful I am for their partnering with me as I steadily work towards my fitness goals while balancing shift work and a soon to be new baby. The product arrived early yesterday after a rapid shipping service and looks fantastic. Those who have followed my logs/podcasts will know my missus is in the medical field and also serves as my pin nurse which means she closely watches the products she is injecting into her husband. She was very impressed by the professionalism in the packaging, labeling and general presentation of the Oxygen Pharm products and commented on how it looked better than what we get from the pharmacy. A brief bit about this log is that it follows my spring time Test/EQ cycle which went fairly well but saw me lean just a bit too heavily into rice as a carb and as a result, packed on a bit too much fat in the abdomen. Now I have been clear of the EQ for around four weeks and rolling just on Test(200mg) to allow for the long esters to clear out while I plan for the next run. Factors to consider is the suboptimal lifestyle that I have for bodybuilding; day/night shift work with compromised sleeps. To better reflect the impact of shift work and sleep, I will include headings reflecting where I am in the rotation and the hours of sleep I typically am able to maintain.
Balancing out the shift work and long commute is the fact over multiple logs I have assembled a mighty Temu gym in my basement (my wife’s planned entertainment room) and will frequently train at 0300hrs and get the reps in. The gym is solid with a full cable machine (plate loaded) bench, bar and rack as well as a leg press and Precor elliptical(almost died getting it down there). I follow a pretty classic split with a new shift to separate and isolate limbs more than before; chest, back, arms, legs repeat with forearms being done after legs so the compromised grip doesn’t impact training.
I’m walking into this run at a wet 231lbs with some modest improvements to the shoulder(rear delts) as well as some overall improvements from where I was in December but under a layer of….not muscle

I have heard rumblings of a competition for TD photos for the Oxygen Pharm gear so I challenged myself to improve upon my potato quality and watched a couple videos on how to be a bit fancy with it. I will get those over to the separate Oxygen Pharm thread here shortly. Rumours persist that I have a gym light on order so hopefully I will be able to take more consistent progress pics this time around

Notes:
Coming off the back of a solid amount of sleep, the back day went very well. The heat plus the work had some fatigue in the middle back so two of the major pulling motions was done with reduced load today but a good pump and activation was still achieved.
On to the first nightshift tonight which will be pleasant. The bright light is hard on my scratched up eyeball so the night will be a relief. I did the first shot of @OxygenPharm Test E this morning and it was a smooth and easy shot, indistinguishable from my prescription from the pharmacy.
