@ceo , Yessir 3 x 30 is the plan.@bigKO1 bros, don't slack on the cardio. It's very important. 30 minutes, three times a week is really good. Try and do some high intensity for 10 or 15 minutes if you don't got time.
@ROIDDERS, Haha it's hard to say with supplements sometimes, it adds some flavour to my meals which I like. They are also nutrient dense so that's a plus. They make me feel healthy even if they do nothing haha.You'll have to give us a rundown sometime of how you like those beef organ complex capsules. Do you really think that works or is it more of a gimmick @bigKO1

Keen to get a progress pic tho brother, do you feel you've recomped? Or put on any muscle? Im only on week 2, so don't feel/see anything yet.
Progress pics end of week will show us haha although strength has been steadily improving, I feel my muscles are fuller and the scale is progressing up. Definitely nothing huge in terms of size/strength as yet but the last 6 weeks will be better than the first 6 weeks I'm sure. Also, not expecting anything crazy on 250mg.
Good to hear it's improving @UlterThat is great. I used to have a lot of nightmares but I've gotten better as I've gotten older.
