Big D!!! Brother, it felt good. I am actually feeling muscles that were being neglected because of compensation from that shoulder.
I am really happy, slowly working into heavier weight and testing the waters!! Thank you for always checking in, it keeps me motivated!!

I love to hear this! If you can do this a few times a day it really starts helping. Also like I had said to Catdadironman jello is our friend its boiled down tendons and cartilage. I do a double pack of sugar free mixed with one batch of water so its thick A/F. I like using silicon ice cube treys, (scotch block one's). Additional 5 gram of creatine as well as multicollagen 1-10. Keeps everything lubed well in the joints! And its a great sweet tooth snack with out a ton of sugars!

I have been mixing Raspberry sugar free in with my cottage cheese - kind of a quasi desert!

I was stuck using a less than desirable protein source.

I took a 45 minute walk in the desert this afternoon.

Walking outside is so much more efficient than walking on treadmill.
Doing a double cardio again tomorrow

I am glad I am not the only one who feels guilty about it when I slip into a spot I have to eat crap. Then Mr.Ash walks it off me.
I have gotten to the point where I have a go bag with package tuna/chicken couple brotine bars, granola. Shaker with packed protein powder baggies. I put the creatine in with the protein so there is no odd questions. 😉

Tri’s

Striaght bar push downs
This was a movement that really hurt with the straight bar. If it is good I will proceed, if bad…I will use 2 c-grips

35kg 3 x Amrap

Cable Kickbacks
15kg 3 x amrap

Reverse pushdowns
25kg 3 x amrap

Rope pushdowns

30kg 3 x AMRAP

Box crunches spread throughout
Planks elbows and kness 45 sec.x 3

Okay, 9 days since ablation, positive progress
everyday but still not trusting it. It wll be at least another week and a half before I have full confidence.

I have not seen marrow for sale anywhere here. Even at the small butcher shops. I bet it is a great thing to have in a diet. Much like when there was no stores humans wasted nothing!
Founds some marrow bone (to boil for broth) on eBay

I did a lot more reps than I logged. LEANING into the lighter weight 😂😂
It isn’t so bad. At this point, I just don’t know what that joint will take
I am very grateful and happy to be able to still do it
