There's an argument to be made for keeping weights in to maintain muscle and doing the reps you can
Coach recommended to lower weight as i start to fatigue to keep the reps up within the range he recommended. Its a mix up between 2 sets of going Heaviest and 8-10 rep range for 2-3 exercises, Then a range of 3 and 4 sets of 12-14reps for others. Im honestly liking the pump at the end of the higher rep/set exercises.

But im all ears for recommendations and I'll give it a crack.

Bros, looking good on this. The physique is tremendous. Your abs are nice and tight and your back looks very strong V-shape. @a_bu11b

Similar to how I run my programming. If there’s goal is just hypertrophy nothing wrong with dropping those weights down to focus on pump and mmc

Really looking good on this mix of gear. @a_bu11b the only thing that I don't like is the Clen. I just don't think you need it. You're already using the Reta.

@a_bu11b I like the mix on the Sustanon, EQ, and NPP. I've used that stack before but instead of NPP I was using DECA.

Another excellent update from you. Good job. I like the Sustanon, Equipoise, and NPP as well. I would drop the Clen and I would increase the Reta to 3 mg if I were you. @a_bu11b

Had to do the dash overseas for a family emergency. A week of basic supps (cialis, creatine, slu-pp-332), no vitamins or gym.
Just 3 sets of push-ups till failure, 3 body weight squats until failure. Daily in the mornings.

Have had gastro since being in se asia. Fuck has it dried me out. Been rehydrating with fruits (mainly watermelon and oranges). The water here is distilled. alot cleaner then Aussie water but gut cant handle it.

Plenty chicken and rice.
Quality of chicken looks and tastes better then in 🇦🇺. Pretty much catch, kill, bleed, skin and cook. Cant get any more fresh then that.

Something about the chicken in SEA, it’s so much better than anywhere else and I have no idea why that is.
