Ok so I got my cialis and viagra. But it literally hurt my kidneys I had read after the fact I took it not to take while having kidney disorder or disease.

Thought to myself "well what could have fucked my kidneys ?". 8 months ago I bought a kilo of maeng da kratom and took it religously, did some research low n behold ruins kidneys by way of taxing addrenal glands near kidney.

I have no family history of kidney disorders. And I drink alkaline water which put 20 pounds on me in short amount of time body was dried out.

Going to get blood work done early november and try to decypher the bloodwork myself. Any suggestions for kidney supplements ?

the kidneys are no joke and you MUST address this issue... have you had blood levels checked? specifically BUN and creatinine levels... im sure if you have kidney problems that those are elevated... n2guard, especially the new version with tudca is a MUST for you
