Creatine is probably the most popular nutritional supplement ingredient in the world. It seems the only bad side effects creatine users report is the indigestion issues. I have to be real careful with what I eat before bed or my body will not digest food properly when I lie down and will some times have nightmares that are very vivid when I'm indigested while sleep and have colic pains like a baby. Can I leave some of my creatine dose with my before bed shake, or should I take it early in the day. I have a light shake with some fiber and omegas at night, not much solid stuff or heavy whole foods. Just light predigested nutrition, would love to add the creatine to this time frame if it is optimal.
