16 week update - RM

Hard to believe 16 weeks have gone past. I've mainly run SUS250 (250mgs EW) with an Anavar kick start. Started out around 215, and I've been holding steady at 233 for weeks now. I've got a few weeks left, then I'll take a break over the summer. Can't wait for this fall, and round two...

those are incredible results, that's what happens when you run top quality gear. most of the gear out there is underdosed garbage!
