My g/f is 132lbs, 5'4, she works out 6-7 days per week lots of cardio but cant lose bodyfat, I want to give her a supplement stack, thinking cardarine and n2slin? that enough?

bro you should have her lower her training to 4 days per week and check her diet...but adding cardarine/osta/n2slin will be good...

7 days per week is a bit too much, and can be counterproductive when it comes to the results. The most reasonable is to train 3-4 times per week. Remember, the body needs time to recover, and when it recovers, it loses fat and restores muscles.

real cardarine and n2slin are non hormonal so they are safe for females. you can give it a shot but make sure its from a legit place. sarms1.com has real cardarine.

there is fake cardarine out there being sold that are really pro hormones which are not good for females

I agree completely. Cardarine GW is completely safe for females to use, as long as you are getting the real thing. Remember that SARMS can only be legally sold as research chemicals. Any capsulated SARMS product is most likely fake.

Cardarine GW stacked with n2slin is going to be your best option.

Cardarine is drug that binds to the PPAR receptor and is non-hormonal. Cardarine increases the expression of genes involved in the expenditure of energy, stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and burns fat by stimulating fatty acid oxidation.
N2slin is a non-stimulant fat burner and powerful nutrient partitioner. It increases insulin sensitivity of muscle cells and helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.
Take 20mg of cardarine gw per day. 10mg AM 10mg PM
Take 2 tablets N2slin 30 minutes before each meal you eat that contains a significant amount of carbohydrates.

Both are stimulant free and non-hormonal.

At 6-7 days a week,I'm gonna say her problem would be with diet. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. So I'm assuming when you say body fat loss, you are not referring to overall weightloss.

At that many days a week, ( I'm assuming this isn't all weight days but cardiovascular days ect also) she should be burning a lot of calories. Assuming it's a solid workout. If all of that is in order, I have to question diet.

Things can obviously be done before throwing money into a bunch of supplements.

^^^^I disagree with this. I'm sorry! Although it seems like training 7 days a week is a good idea and would render results quicker......that's incorrect. I'm sure her diet isn't perfect, nor is she eating enough calories to burn fat while building muscle BUT the big thing here is most likely to much cardio. As stated above.....it can be very counterproductive.

Have her adjust her diet and don't be afraid of carbs. Also try limiting cardio to only 3 or 4 days per week of hiit. I do this.....3 mins @100 steps per minute followed by 1 minute of 125 or more on the stepmill for 5 intervals. I literally die afterwards....but I'll tell you...it works.

No need for cardio 7 days per week. Have her add in a second leg day instead.

Good luck

Not saying 7 days a week is good At all. But people's representation of 7 days a week training is different. Say 3 or 4 days a week of weights, day in between on abs, couple days of cardiovascular ect is 7 days.

That's why I said, I'll assume workout is solid ( because we have no info on what the training regime is, which is hard to critique on that at all without that info, in other words, we could help more with this info) this includes way too much cardio. As you stated can turn counterproductive, expecially hours of steady state, mixed with an improper diet.

The above all thing here is, we need more info. Training regime, diet, sleep patterns. And then we can help.

My above all statement is and was, throwing a bunch of chemicals into your system is not going to change much if you don't have a solid diet, workout plan, or sleep patterns. And I won't recommend or condone doing so

working out 6-7 days per week seems too much. 3-4 days per week is enough. body need time to relax and recover.
diet also is important. check her diet to see whether it is ok.
cardarine and n2slin would be good for female.
