I am about to start my first cycle and I am looking for some feedback to ensure I have all of my bases covered before starting and I am also looking for some SARMS bridge advice post cycle.
First, let me say I could not be more impressed with the knowledge and willingness to share within this forum and site. I have been soaking this information in for months in preparation for this cycle and feel like I have learned a TON from the information shared on this site.
I am 48 years old, 6’1” – 230 lbs with many years of training under my belt. My current goals are strength training related. My targets are: Bench – 400, Squat – 500, Deadlift – 600. All raw without belt or wraps. I only have 15 lbs to go on both the Bench and Squat and unfortunately a lot further than that on the Deadlift as I am working to improve my shitty grip strength.
After hitting these goals, I am looking to cut down to a fit, but strong, 225lbs.
I am currently on a TRT dose of 200MG of Test Cyp per week that keeps my Test in roughly the 1000+/- count area.
Here is the 11-week cycle, along with supplements I plan to run. Please feel free to give feedback on any of this:
Weeks 1-5:
• 400 MG of Test Cyp
• 12.5MG of LiquidAromasIN EOD
• Supplements:
• Ancient Strength Creatine
• Ruthless 3D multi-vitamin
• N2Guard Liver detox
• N2 JointRX
• Ostarine (I already have bad elbows so I am pairing this with the N2 JointRX as PM)
• Omega 3 fish oil
Weeks 6-11:
• 500MG of Test Cyp with everything else the same.
PCT: return to previous TRT dosage of 200MG of Test Cyp per week and 5MG of Li LiquidAromasIN EOD
Question # 1: Am I overlooking anything I need for this 11 week cycle?
Question #2: How long is it recommended that I stay on this PCT protocol before running the SARMS1 Triple Stack since I am already on TRT?
