Advice on how to take liquid clenbuterol

Hey,
I got liquid clen and reading the directions online on how to take it , it says you can add it to the beverage of your choice, my beverage of choice are redbull and monster so I was wondering if that mix of redbull ingredients and clen can be risky?
 
You shouldn't drink energy drinks at all, but if you're asking if there will be some sort of chemical reaction or interaction between the two, the answer is no.
 
Taking clenbuterol with other stimulants is not a smart idea. Clenbuterol is a stimulant itself. Stacking it with other stimulants is going to sky rocket your blood pressure and heart rate. It would kind of be like drinking a red bull and 3 shots of espresso at the same time. Obviously that isn't a good idea.

Clenbuterol is very over rated. Here's why -
Clen simply raises metabolism. It does not differentiate between muscle or fat. Clen might raise your metabolism an additional 100-200 calories per day. You could just easily do an extra 15 minutes of cardio. I have used clen in the past and I always felt it did more harm then good. It caused muscle cramps when I was training and it really negatively impacted my sleep.

There are better alternatives that directly increase fat loss, with no risk of loosing muscle mass and no side effects like insomnia or muscle cramps. Cardarine gw is going to be your best option. It directly increases fat loss, endurance and recovery. It is not a stimulant or a hormone and is pretty much void of side effects.

I haven't used clen myself in years and don't recommend it to my clients at all anymore. If they are trying to burn fat, I recommend cardarine and maybe a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from n2bm.com.
 
I am currently taking clen and love it. I have been using it for 1 week now, 2 days on 1 day off at 30mcg per day. In just one week I have dropped 2% bf without losing any noticeable muscle. Yes I am also on a steroid cycle so that helps retain muscle while using a cutting product like clen. My advice is to start low at 20-30mcg per day BC you will def notice side effects at a dose higher than that i.e. Shaky hands, elevated heart rate, increased bp.

As for combining it with an energy drink, there really are no contraindications advising against it. I am a Pharmacist and have access to medical search engines and references that are not available to the general public and after checking these, I feel you are in the clear as long as you limit your intake of said energy drinks as well as staying hydrated. Just remember to constantly drink water and monitor your bp and heart rate. If possible take measurements and post them to the site and I'll review them for you. Take readings before, during training, and 2 hours post training while at rest and post them. I can let you know if you are in the proper range or not. Thanks

Nope, not at all. Of course unless you decide to chug down a few monsters or redbulls throughout the day while taking excessive amounts of clen.

Then, my friend, you are in for a journey of a spiked blood pressure, messed up heartrate, and a lot of nosebleeds and headaches
 
Even though they are both stimulants they do not work the same way. There is no interaction other than the typical effects of them...high BP, shakes, heartburn, heart strain, anxiety, crash after

Remember to drink a ton of water.
