Little about me and my current plans with Liquid Gold Labs products

I am currently in a practice prep guided by an experienced coach, this is designed to get me down to as close to show day conditioning as possible without complete suffering or muscle loss to gather some data on how my body responds.

I am currently running from liquid labs

400 Test, 600 Mast, 140 Tren, 40mcg clen

Cycle will obviously change once I hit desired conditioning and we can rebound into a very long controlled growth phase, still have 7-8kg to work with in my weight cap for classic physique. Some current pictures of my physique are below so you can see what I am working with.

I will try to update this log with as much as I can including daily food intake, PEDs and workout and the occasional life/dogs pics

Friday 11th jan 2025 weight 94.2kg

Coached has bumped my calories up on training days but lowered them significantly on rest days to create an overall bigger deficit for the week.

Training days 2675
Non training days 2118

Finished off Friday with my Pull session B

3x15 rope pullovers slow on the eccentric to stretch the lats.
3x12 BB row on the smith machine
3x12 D handle lat pull downs
4x10 upper-back Hammer strength row
3x15 reverse pec Dec
2x15 machine preacher curls
2x12 alternating DB curls.

My current split is an 8 day one
Day 1 push A
Day 2 Pull A
Day 3 Legs A
Rest
Day 5 Push B
Day 6 Pull B
Day 7 Legs B
Rest

This is a mainly hamstring focused leg day with some quad activation



Lying hamstring curls 3x8

Seated hamstring curl 3x12

RDL,s 2x10

Cybex squat press 3x15



Not alot of volume on this leg day but each set is to failure or as close as possible. When hitting each muscle group twice a week I think lower volume more intense sessions work best for me especially when in a deficit.



Rest day for me tomorrow which also means a low day of 2118 calories.

and 15mgs tren? thats legit you doing micro pins?
 
Not an increase but I haven’t lost any strength coming down from 116kg
Ok I'm trying to put together a cycle for my powerlifting competition as I will have to cut the entire cycle to make weight. I seems to get very aggressive on 300mg Masteron per week in my cycle so not sure if I should keep it or not. Tren also works very well for me in deficit.
