Hi everyone

Excited to kick off a log to help with the accountability and share my journey as I work towards bigger goals early next year. It’s been a while since I’ve blasted anything significant but I’m now working with a coach to shake off some complacency (and to drop the fluff that comes along with the complacency). Huge thanks to @RhinoUGL for hooking me up with some Test C! I’ll be running his gear for the foreseeable future as I focus on building consistency and momentum.

Current stats:
Age- 31
Height- 192vm
Weight- 98kg
Body fat- 15%

Training plan:
5 days a week (2 on, 1 off)
Chest and tris, shoulders and abs, back and his, legs, arms
Cardio is min of 10000 steps a day. Throw in a bit of exercise bike at the end of the upper days as well, usually 15 or 20 mins.

Diet:
I’m keeping it simple, but using MyFitnessPal to count calories and track macros. Step 1 is max 0.5kg loss per week until the body fat is at single digits, then hold steady and prime for a cycle later in the year. Do all my own food prep, so quality over complexity is usually the rule I follow. 2400 calories per day as a starting point.

Compounds and supplements:
TRT 200mg/week from @RhinoUGL
Tirzepatide 5mg/week
TUDCA 500mg/day
NAC 600mg/day
Omega3s 2g/day

Excited to see where this takes me and look forward to contributing as things progress. Any feedback or tips are welcome and I’ll keep updating the log as I go, but will be running things past the coach before making any changes. Lets make it a great year!

Awesome start brother! Good to see you have a bit of a plan here moving forward, feel free to post some body shots as well when you get the chance, that way you can look back at your progress and we can all see your journey as well. EVO Community on here will be a great support.

Look forward to seeing you kick some ass my man!

Cheers,

I dunno man, that’s just what they said when they talked me through the scan results. That pic is from about a month and a half ago and I did put on a few kg over the holidays, so maybe that’s the difference?

This was yesterday after arms. Veins not coming through and quite a bit smoother than where was before the holidays

@James Young to be honest you're way under 15% from the looks of it bro ;) can you do a flat ab shot lift shirt please

Make sure you keep a specific on what foods you are eating.

Macros are cool but posting the actual diet is more important.

Man, you are incredible. You've got some big muscles and amazing. ABS. Good job.

I like your vascularity and I like that. You have an eight pack.

You have the dream physique, most people strive for

Just waiting on the care package from @RhinoUGL to arrive, but finishing up some Apex test E in the meantime.

Blood test tomorrow, so will post up levels early next week.Be good to compare the levels of current to when on @RhinoUGL gear in a few months!
Got bloods done on Friday. Holiday here tomorrow, so expecting results later in the week.

Will be my baseline to compare the @RhinoUGL gear to. Will get bloods in the 10-12 weeks, once well and truly switched over.

Currently getting over some kind of stomach bug that the missus and I both got. Have pretty much only had water and electrolytes for the past 3 days. Haven’t weighed myself but I’ve dropped a lot of fluid and can see changes to my look. Last night was the best for a while so hoping this weekend is the end of it and I can get back into the gym and eating in a few days.

did you add probiotics and activated charcoal to this? add it asap please

Have a probiotic but not the charcoal stuff. Feeling about 60% this morning. Probably not helped by the fact that the missus was up most of the night so sleep wasn’t good.

Called in sick to work this morning and will take it easy for the day. Still struggling to hold food down so energy levels are non existent but will try keep fluids up.

Eat light today brother, plenty of fluids, try and and grab yourself some High Potency Vitamin C maybe some Garlic tablets. Activated Charcoal is also really good. Let your body rest.

Get activated charcoal it will work well.

Definitely over the worst of it now. Had a good sleep (compared to how it has been) and was only up in the night to piss (had nearly 5L of water yesterday).

Taking it easy again today and will focus on getting some food in.
Did you end up getting the activated charcoal?

Feeling much better this morning. Dosed up on a few of the suggestions plus a bunch of other stuff I had in the cupboard and am on the mend. Will be getting a few hours of work in the morning and then depending on energy levels am aiming to go for a short walk just to get the blood pumping. Provided I can increase food today and get hydration up and energy is ok I’ll work towards a light gym session tomorrow.

I cut the video off just in time
Was a struggling and shaking mess on the 5th rep lol
Great form brother, nice pumps there. Good to hear you're eating again and a relative quick recovery for you so thats good as well. Ease back into it, listen to your body and you'll know what to do. Will you be tracking your diet moving forward? Macros etc?

Bit of a mood killer update but just got off a call with my mum- she and my dad just got back from a specialist appointment where they confirmed he has alzheimerss. It’s progressed quite quickly and aggressively which has caught us off guard.

Theyre still in the UK (I’ve been in Australia for nearly 10 years) and with time differences and life being busy I wasn’t as aware of how bad things had gotten, so Im not feeling too great about missing the signs and checking in on him more. I knew he was slipping a bit but I just chalked it up to old age and he always played it down. Sounds like the medical team is great but aside from medication there’s not much else theyre proposing just yet.

I might head back to the UK in the next few months to help out, depending on how things go ober the next little while. My mum’s had knee replacements and isn’t too mobile so if dad starts to decline physically it willl be a lot for her to handle.

Just giving the team here a heads up that posting and contributing might change a bit if I do have to head back but I’ll keep everyone (particularly @RhinoUGL) updated.

If anyone has experience with dealing with a similar thing with their parents or advice on how to support him I’d really appreciate it.

I'm really sorry to hear this brother! It's never easy, I lost my parents a while ago suddenly. Life can hit us pretty hard sometimes out of the blue, but we march on. Be strong for him, and keep up the good fight. So far as logging goes, family is most important at the end of the day so you do what you have to do. I think though even with 1 x update a week if things change and you travel over, you will find this is going to help your mental game as well and give you some clarity and resilience in other day to day aspects. We're here for you man so just keep us posted and try not to get to down on yourself (I know its easy for me to say) but he's still with us now so make the most of it, life is short and it's inevitable that we all end up in the same place one day which is why every day we have together around the sun is a blessing. Cherish the time and do the things you feel in your heart. Much love brother, reach out please any time, here for ya man.

Thanks @RhinoUGL. As far as the logging goes the next few months is pretty much a waiting game for me so I think the gym will be where I end up a lot. Feeling a bit helpless being so far away but dont want to over react or do anything silly. Will be off to the gym soon and intend to have a good workout-been thinking a lot through the nmight and you realise there is a lot in life that is outside your control so need to hang on to the things that give the stability.

The gym is an area where I feel more like Im in control so i don't want it to drop off.

@James Young hopefully we see your mom recover to some degree and get better. Best wishes to her.

Your training is still good, leg press strong. :D

Your plan is to stay in AU or you leaving very soon to UK?

Thanks bro

At the moment staying put but may head back in the next 2-3 months depending on how things go. Bit all over the place but the conversation last night with the missus was figuring out if we could move back and what would be needed for that (if things decline and I need to be there for an extended time). Not looking to do anything silly though- will wait for updates, let the treatment start, assess the improvments and then make decisions based off of that

We don’t doubt the gear and dosages, it’s more around his transparency. But his way is his way, wish him all the best

Appreciate you getting this done brother and sharing! Thank you. 💪😎

Again, and not back pedalling, but never doubted the results. I won't rehash what I was saying the other night, other than to say excellent results and bang on the mark.
Bang on the money with that comment brother - we don't backpedal ever, as men we stand by what we say and all we have as a man is our word, not going to go around in circles can only lead the horse to the water, it's up to it to drink it 💯

Second @Eveflorence these are excellent results.

Check out the official Beligas.org site and type in www.rhinougl.is into verify distributors section - check out the batch number lab report on our website and look at @James Young bloodwork results, if you would like further transparency. I wouldn't waste our reputation and partnership with Beligas as Exclusive Distributors on a whim to make an extra 20 cents re-labeling, boxing, going through individual auth codes for every single product that we sell, that are showing up as searched for the first time btw (there are logs for searches as well so you know if its been searched 50 times on a code you have just scratched off its probably fake), paying money for holograms, and re-packaging UGL gear when we have the real deal my man! Have been extremely transparent and honest the entire time we have been here. With customers, mods and the general public.

Anyway this isn't the place for that.

Results are the best James has had, we will let our products do the talking.

Rhino said it himself.- this isn't the place for that, after a big long paragraph of "that".

Well bro since you started this dialogue on your own loggers thread, you have opened up conversation around "that"

They have always been his products @AE1079 we know it, he knows it.

Rhino started by brewing his own gear with his own rhino label then found out it's not so easy being a vendor, so he got his homebrew and put Beligas and Ultima stickers on it then into the box it went now touted as pharma grade.

Rhino comes onto these forums and disrespects highly respected members of the EVO family.

Rhino you know that @AE1079 is part of the EVO family right? You are new here, everyone has tried to help you but seems you are beyond help.

This is NOT the same beligas and ultima that the Americans get.

@Liquid Gold Labs Tell me, what evidence or burden of proof are you willing to accept as valid? Because being listed as an authorized reseller, having auth codes on the official site that all check out, having glowing reviews from customers and bloodwork just don't seem to work for you so tell me, what would you accept? Trying to work with you here.

@Liquid Gold Labs and @AE1079
I’m asking this not to cause trouble or be smart with you but because I just don’t get it…
Are you saying that Rhino has somehow convinced Beligas to let him make gear and sell it as their brand, and that they are fine having him pass off products as theirs, have him as a an authorised reseller on their site and give him authentication codes that work?
Would someone like them be willing to take the risk of their brand getting tarnished by this kind of agreement? And would it not make more sense for Rhino to set up his own brand and build that up? I’d imagine that if he was brewing with the permission of Beligas then there would have to be something in it for them (who knows what price they’d ask) so the profit margins would be similar if he sold gear that was brewed by him but needed to pay a rebate vs gear brewed by him and sold under his own label at a lower price?

Ask rhino. This is inappropriate discussion to be having In a log, extremely disrespectful for him to even start this dialogue here.
You know whats disrespectful Liquid, it's disrespectful to be jumping into another Vendors thread accusing them of things you have zero evidence for whatsoever. Its disrespectful to try and come at me with transparency and question our integrity once again of things you are assuming and making up in your own mind. Its disrespectful to the rest of the community to walk in after 2 or 3 weeks and think you know everything about everyone and have all the answers. Its disrespectful to make up lies and false accusations to try and gain and advantage over your competition. Its disrespectful to tell customers you brew your own gear when we all know where you get it from and then come onto our threads and accuse us of lieing to customers when its quite clear to anyone who knows where you get your gear from that you are a lieing sack of potatoes. Its disrespectful to my intelligence to come into any one of my threads or Loggers threads and try and convince people you think you have close to any idea whats going on behind the scenes with us. Don't dish it out if you can't take it and then try and come at me with some poetry mate like you have some moral high ground when quite clearly you have no morals at all. I don't need your help drinking from any river let alone one you think you can lead me or any one of my customers to.

I’ve asked for something a little more than accusations a few times now and I’m still no clearer on things.
Im wanting to be sure I’m working with the right people, so I’m happy for you to respond on my log.
