Hi everyone

Excited to kick off a log to help with the accountability and share my journey as I work towards bigger goals early next year. It’s been a while since I’ve blasted anything significant but I’m now working with a coach to shake off some complacency (and to drop the fluff that comes along with the complacency). Huge thanks to @RhinoUGL for hooking me up with some Test C! I’ll be running his gear for the foreseeable future as I focus on building consistency and momentum.

Current stats:
Age- 31
Height- 192vm
Weight- 98kg
Body fat- 15%

Training plan:
5 days a week (2 on, 1 off)
Chest and tris, shoulders and abs, back and his, legs, arms
Cardio is min of 10000 steps a day. Throw in a bit of exercise bike at the end of the upper days as well, usually 15 or 20 mins.

Diet:
I’m keeping it simple, but using MyFitnessPal to count calories and track macros. Step 1 is max 0.5kg loss per week until the body fat is at single digits, then hold steady and prime for a cycle later in the year. Do all my own food prep, so quality over complexity is usually the rule I follow. 2400 calories per day as a starting point.

Compounds and supplements:
TRT 200mg/week from @RhinoUGL
Tirzepatide 5mg/week
TUDCA 500mg/day
NAC 600mg/day
Omega3s 2g/day

Excited to see where this takes me and look forward to contributing as things progress. Any feedback or tips are welcome and I’ll keep updating the log as I go, but will be running things past the coach before making any changes. Lets make it a great year!

Awesome start brother! Good to see you have a bit of a plan here moving forward, feel free to post some body shots as well when you get the chance, that way you can look back at your progress and we can all see your journey as well. EVO Community on here will be a great support.

Look forward to seeing you kick some ass my man!

Cheers,
Hunter

I dunno man, that’s just what they said when they talked me through the scan results. That pic is from about a month and a half ago and I did put on a few kg over the holidays, so maybe that’s the difference?

This was yesterday after arms. Veins not coming through and quite a bit smoother than where was before the holidays

@James Young to be honest you're way under 15% from the looks of it bro ;) can you do a flat ab shot lift shirt please

Make sure you keep a specific on what foods you are eating.

Macros are cool but posting the actual diet is more important.

Man, you are incredible. You've got some big muscles and amazing. ABS. Good job.
