Hi I'm new here! Was wondering if I could get some advice. Im 31 need to drop about 25 lbs. I eat clean and have my carb up days. Lift 4 days a week 1hr cardio a day. I've been told I should try clen and anavar? Or to get a cutting stack with test clen Winn tren? Need help not sure which way to go?
 
You are looking for a quick fix and sadly - there isn't one.

Steroids do not burn body fat. They increase muscle protein synthesis and prevent muscle catabolism. I feel like I am beating a dead horse saying this over and over but it's a very common misconception and something a lot of people get wrong. Bodybuilders commonly include steroids into their pre-contest cycles to prevent muscle loss when dieting on low calories and doing lots of cardio. The steroids themselves do not burn body fat.

Clen simply raises metabolism. It does not differentiate between muscle or fat. Clen might raise your metabolism an additional 100-200 calories per day. You could just easily do an extra 15 minutes of cardio. I have used clen in the past and I always felt it did more harm then good. It caused muscle cramps when I was training and it really negatively impacted my sleep.

There are better alternatives that directly increase fat loss, with no risk of loosing muscle mass and no side effects like insomnia or muscle cramps. Cardarine gw is going to be your best option. It directly increases fat loss, endurance and recovery. It is not a stimulant or a hormone and is pretty much void of side effects.

I haven't used clen myself in years and don't recommend it to my clients at all anymore. If they are trying to burn fat, I recommend cardarine and maybe a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from n2bm.com.

If you want to loose body fat - You need to perfect your diet and training. Its as simple as that. Fat is basically stored energy. To burn fat, you need to expend more calories then you consume.
 
musky is absolutely right. in my life what has always worked for me to lose fat was cutting down/out sugar + exercising daily

it ALWAYS works. you have to be consistent though. you can say you eat good but then i see people cheating all the time. a perfect example is the chikFilA gym story

I was leaving the gym and 2 overweight guys who i just watched bust their asses in the gym for an hour were leaving together in separate cars. the first guy yells to the other guy "yo meet me at chikFilA down the street".. the other guy was like "okay see you in a bit"

if they just burned 500 calories and then go to chikFilA and eat 1000 calories is that making progress?
 
If you are already eating clean, training 4 days per week, and doing an hour of cardio per day but still not losing weight then you are just eating way too much. Either that or you are not consistent. Just make sure you are eating in a deficit even if it is all clean food.

Agree. Lots of people are overeating when they think they are not.

Neither.

Just stick to dieting and exercising. You do not need test clen tren winny or anavar to lose fat. What you need is consistency and grinding for at least a few months.

Some people like adding sarms for cutting. Cardarine actually boosts endurance and fat utilisation, so give it a look. Also it doesnt mess up your hormones.
