AI dosage

On a light TRT dosage (200mg every 2 weeks), and have just started the LGD, GW, and S4 triple stack. I ordered some aromasin from ag-guys, and was looking for some dosage suggestions.

I was thinking 7.5 mg, twice per week?

Other thoughts?

Is your TRT pescribed by a doctor? If so I would think that they would track your estrogen level via routine blood work. For the sarms you could run the mini PCT found here on the forum.

Yeah, doc. prescribed, but they have never included estrogen in my bloods, and I'm not supposed to go back for anymore until I'm through with the script (10ml - 20 wks).

For a TRT testosterone dosage, 5mg EOD of aromasin will be a good dosage.

On cycle, bump it up to 10mg EOD.

Aromasin is a very mild AI so you don't have anything to worry about supplementing with it long term. It is very easy on cholesterol levels and has even been shown to increase free testosterone levels.

those are great starting dosages suggested and you can adjust as you go along. blood work will be key at finding your sweet spot.
