Hello I'm having issues m with emory and Focus, I almost had an accident at the gym a few days ago because I lose focus on my training for some reason that I don't even know, also it's hard for me to remember things I have to do , I'm 31 years old so I think the problem it's not age related, I found this product alpha brain with great ratings online, and it's cheap, can you give some reviews on it? they say it's great for brain function and memory, thank you

I have never used the product but sounds like a good review above.

The other things you want to try before the gym are making sure you have had a proper meal a couple hours before lifting and also that you are hydrated. If you are hungry or dehydrated those might cause feelings that could distract you. Obviously that has nothing to do with memory loss though. I would monitor these things and speak to your doctor about it as well.

I havent used it personally so I can't comment. If it's fairly cheap, you could give it a try and see how it works for you.

If you are struggling with focus and memory, I personally think you have a bigger problem you need to try and fix rather then just take a supplement. How much sleep are you getting each night? How much stimulants do you use each day? How much water do you drink each day?

I would look at all those factors first and then consider using a supplement.

Not to Alarm you, but if you are having trouble with Memory and Focus at 31 years old.

I'd be Running and Not Walking to a Good Neurologist or Internist.

Especially if you aren't currently On-Cycle or taking any Prescriptions Meds or Recreational Drugs................. JP
P.S.
What concerns me most, is your Lack of Focus at the Gym.
This could Literally be Life-Threatening, if you drop a Heavy Weight on yourself.

And there is Early Onset Alzheimer's/Dementia ~ and this can hit at any age ~ but is usually Genetic.

I have taken it. It's good but the better one is neuro force. But if your having promblems and your brain is probably inflammation. But the reason why I take it is because I take preworkout.

Dial in the diet and get more sleep. I found stricter pre, intra, and post nutrition to be a game changer for me. See your GP for a general health analysis and get referred to a neurologist.

The only reason why it's good is the huperizine. L theanie but I try to stay away from huperizine. I found alpha gpc works better and neuro force is half the cost with omegas.
