This is my first log on here, brand new to the forum. If you guys need more info just let me know. Tried to keep it short but it’s still a lot lol. Trying to optimize for a couple years now, but it's been difficult with having 8 surgeries in the past 6 years. Last year I had to move back home and live with my parents for support, as daily living became to strenuous. This way I could focus on rehabilitation.


Stats: 40 years old 5’9”180 lbs
Goal is to rebuild strength and mobility after 15 years of messed up feet (dirt bike crash shattered both heels, 9 surgeries, fused subtalar joints x2, 4.5 years on disability). Want to actually do things in life again while looking decent.


Current Regimen


  • Just pinned 50mg Taro Test Cyp at the pharmacy today (doc wrote 50mg every 4 weeks… “moderate dose” lmao, almost fell out of my seat)
  • Switching to GPE T400 for ~250mg/week base pinning EOD (~0.18ml)
  • Low dose Deca ~100mg/week (therapeutic)
  • Global Pharma Anavar 20mg/day (on day 4-5)
  • Just dropped the Pharma Tech Masteron
  • Started Revive MD Liver (TUDCA/NAC)

Bloods (March vs April) ALT: 79 → 114 (high)Hematocrit: 0.51 → 0.53 (high)Hemoglobin: 172 → 178Creatinine: 127 → 118 (top end)Total Test: <7.4 nmol/L (previous Pharma Tech was bunk)E2: <30 pmol/L (crashed)


Symptoms right now: Extreme bone-deep fatigue, gassed after one set at the gym, super dry paper-like skin, brutal brain fog (can’t put sentences together, lose my train of thought).


Training: 3-4x week lifting (injuries holding me back right now), trying to get stronger without blowing up. I mainly get to the gym and sit down on the equipment without having to be on my feet much.


Diet: I try to keep my protein high, but it's difficult because I'm at the mercy of my mothers cooking. She's a great cook! But that means tracking my macros is very difficult without bothering my mom in the kitchen.


Supplements: Multivitamin (Kirkland), Omega 3, Vitamin D, Creatine, Magnesium, etc. Just added the Revive Liver support.


Goals: Fix the fatigue and brain fog, get my strength and mobility back, drop a bit more body fat while staying around the same weight. Safety and longevity first.

You have a really good starting physique. Good shape and pretty lean.

The main thing will be to get your trt dialled in. Switching to more frequent injections will make a massive difference.

I think you need to work out a way to track your food better as well.

Yes. That's a good idea. Appreciate it. I'll try and fill out as much as I can. Unfortunately, it's really hard to track my macros or diet for that matter. Because I eat whatever my mom makes, I have to ballpark the meal. Like last night was meatloaf. The night before pulled pork on a bun. The night before that was chicken broccoli casserole. Before that was Mexican casserole. I am beyond blessed to have my mom cook these amazing meals! I don't take it for granted for even a single day. And when she is in the kitchen I don't want to bother her by asking how much ingredients she is putting into the meal, since they are home cooked. So I try and stay under 2100 calories per day. That has been my sweet spot. If I go over I gain, and under I lose. That's based off the level of activity I can do in a day at about 3500 steps per day.

You have a really good starting physique. Good shape and pretty lean.

The main thing will be to get your trt dialled in. Switching to more frequent injections will make a massive difference.

I think you need to work out a way to track your food better as well.

I'm really just guessing, but I've gotten pretty good at it (I'm assuming) based off how my body reacts and the changes I see in it over the long term. When I was living on my own I was able to track my macros well, and that gave me a general idea of how much calories are in meals. I would love to track my macros but it's not viable at the moment so best I can do is eyeball it. Some things I can track, however, like eggs and toast. 😅

I mean in could be a placebo effect, I'm aware but even placebo effect can be pretty powerful. I've been taking that amount for like 5 years now.

It's quite annoying and I hope it fixes itself. I'm assuming it was proviron plus Masteron. I haven't taken proviron since last August.

Better to have aromasin on hand (vs. arimidex) and I take 25mg proviron ED whether on or off cycle.

I take 10g psyllium before each of my 4 meals for a total of 40g each day. Along with Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). Make sure you get the ACV "with mother". When I'm almost done my meal I take a couple capsules of Digest Gold for probiotic. I do this with every meal and I'm now digesting everything, no bloat, and I'm regular for the first time in my life.

At $95 for 50 tables of Proviron, that's to rich for my blood. How can I control sides while running 250mg/week test and 90mg/week deca(need to reduce dose)? Ill get some arimidex. Ideally I want 2 years worth of gear. My budget is $1000

I've been feeling really bloated and constipated and overall been having an uneasy stomach for the last 2 weeks. Since I've gotten on Psyllium husk and Apple Cider Vinegar, about a week ago, it seems to have done the trick, for the most part. I read that high Estradiol can lead to bloating which is what I have. The good news is my Testosterone is solid now.

Grok said to take 12.5mg twice a week, after putting in my results. I thought I would check in with you guys to see what I should be taking.

your estrogen is high and prolactin on high range @0riginalrelica and please dont use ai for advice! aromasin you need at least 10mgs at your size and level, 12.5mgs is a start but go mon/wed/fri

Should I take 12.5mg of aromison tonight being Tuesday? How long does it take the body to develop gyno? How long do I keep taking it mon/wed/Fri?

My prolactin seems to be within the normal range. I can drop the dose down by 10mg to 90mg per week.

@0riginalrelica definitely curious to see how you make out with the low-dose deca. I noticed with me it helped some things but with other things it did not help. It did not help with my neck when I had my neck issues.

You don't need to split up proviron. I think it's fine. I would even consider dropping the dose more since you're already taking anavar anyway. @0riginalrelica because they both do a good job of binding the SHBG

Anavar is definitely one of my favorites. I wouldn't run the Anavar and proviron together though. Run one or the other. @0riginalrelica
