Hey guys. Amino Acids should be good for recovering & growing muscles.. How about if you take Amino Acids + Protein + Creatine 3 times a day, is it too much?

So, what is the limit or the minimum intake per day? Any suggestions? Thanks

If you are going to take that stuff, look at the label and use their recommendation. It is there for a reason.

Well....you should be taking in protein multiple times per day via Whole Foods and possible supplementing with a high quality protein shake. The aminos aren’t really necessary if you get proper protein in your diet. And as for the creatine.....why would you take that 3 times a day? You only need 5 mg per day.

Most proper proteins are rich in aminos. Both would probably be overkill
 
If you take proper food then you don't need any amino

Have your protein drink first thing in the morning, after training and bedtime.

Creatine level teaspoon at breakfast and after training, this is the 2 times per day your body is most open to digest nutrients.
 
Yeah, i've looked at the label and understand how to use it. But i was also interested in combination of this supps and how to use them together

I'll use creatine 5g daily without load phase

Creatine can safely be used year round.

The only reason supplement companies tell you to cycle creatine is to make it sound more 'hardcore' and steroid like
