Proviron increases free test. Nolva and Clomid don't belong on cycle. Some TRT Drs use them for TRT but I assume that's not your goal if you're looking at Test/Deca cycle.

Just a bit of research and trying to learn.
I would imagine they have there place in some part of the game since they are always around forum discussions and such.
When I was coming up people didnt really talk about PCT.

Clomid and Nolvadex are SERMS for your PCT.
To aide in HPTA restart (Hypothalamic Pituitary Testicular Axis).
This is to get your Natural Testosterone restarted.

While Proviron will do the most good during your Cycle.
It will Aide your AI (aromatase inhibitor), in helping to reduce your Estrogen, as it also Binds to the Aromatase Enzyme.
Proviron also Binds to SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin), and by doing so, raises Free Test, so there's a Synergy between it and other AAS.
If your Diet is On Point, it will also help to eliminate excess water.
And lastly, it Boosts your Libido.

Understand that you need an AI during your Cycle for Estrogen Control, while Proviron by itself is a Poor Substitute.
So you will need either Arimidex or Aromasin.
Aromasin would be the Superior of the 2 for a couple reasons, it doesn't Impact your Cholesterol.
And if needed during PCT, and you're taking Nolvadex, Blood Plasma Levels won't be Affected.

While the Degree to which Arimidex is affected when taken Concomitantly with Nolvadex is debatable.
If needing to take an AI during PCT, it's better that you know exactly how much of your AI is available in your Blood Stream.................. JP

The other 2 weren't in use until almost the Mid 80's.

Aromasin ultimately has more benefits. I've used both in the past without issue.

Aromasin ALL the way! No estrogen rebound. No impact on cholesterol.

It might be in my head, but Aromasin doesn't seem to dry out my joints like Arimidex did.

Aromasin is the superior choice as it is a suicide AI and there will be no estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage. It is also much better on your cholesterol levels.

Do not use nolvadex with deca.

nolva and clomid are SERM's
proviron is an oral DHT derivative which is safe for the liver

For your dry joints you may add Ostarine Mk-2866 at 25mgs ED for 8 weeks, and N2joints RX 5 caps a day. These two compounds can do wonders for your joints. Definitely the best compounds for joints that I have ever tried.

Proviron will increase free test. Maximizes your testosterone really.

Test obviously is testosterone.

Deca is a great drug for bulking. U love it some people complain of water and all but I love it. It will cause prolactin based side effects.

Nolva and clomid are SERMS. Both an essential piece to your pct.

However nolva with a deca run can be bad.
