I want to hear real experiences for cognitive and longevity peptides. So not the weight loss or muscle peptides. I would like to try and see if there is anything notable in general well being

For instance, I would like to try Epitalon...

Epitalon 10mg (1 Vial) A synthetic tetrapeptide with one of the most extensive research profiles in aging biology and telomere science.

Epitalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide studied primarily for its role in telomerase activation — the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length in dividing cells. Telomere shortening is a well-documented marker of cellular aging, and Epitalon's capacity to upregulate telomerase activity places it at the centre of longevity and geroprotective research.

Beyond telomere biology, its research profile extends into immunomodulation, pineal gland function, melatonin regulation, and neuroprotection — making it one of the more broadly applicable compounds in the peptide research space.

Research Context

Epitalon is referenced in studies investigating:

→ Telomerase activation and telomere length maintenance in cell models
→ Geroprotective and longevity pathway modulation
→ Pineal gland regulation and melatonin production in age-related models
→ Immunomodulatory effects under ageing and stress conditions
→ Neuroprotection against oxidative damage in preclinical settings

I really think within 5-10 years we will have a super good longevity peptide that is across the board

for now I really think reta is the best option as a GLP-1 agonist because it helps with glucagon, weight loss, etc. and it has been shown to be beneficial for the brain and across the board with organs.

other then that NAD+ has been really taking off for all its benefits including anti aging. its becoming a top 5-6 seller with peptide buyers. i haven't used it yet but it looks good from what i've seen in logs.

another one that is becoming a top 10 peptide is selank which helps with cognitive health, stress and anxiety which will help you live better and longer

and finally tesamorelin + ipamorelin stack is a top 10 peptide stack for boosting HGH and anti aging

There are a bunch of very interesting peptides in this space. If there's something in particular you're interested in let me know, I'll be happy to share some specific information.

Epitalon is great and you've described some of the mechanisms well. In how it works, it's not a peptide were you "feel" something when you take it. One thing that wasn't included was it's effect on sleep. You sleep like a baby when you take it.

It's a short cycle, generally 500mcg over 20 days.

So @Robarock in your opinion, what are the most effective anti-aging peptides which you think really work? I think we all agree the GLP/HGH/Healing peptides are well studied and work. I'm interested in the longevity and health based peptides. I agree prob hard to tell as there may be no measurable result in short term usage. Just curious what your opinion or research shows. Thanks!

I'll break this up a bit into supplements peptides and bioregulators

Who's
Glycine + N-Acetylcystein (glynac)
Creatine
D3 K2
Magnesium byglicinate
Fisetin
Urolithin A

Peptides
Glutathione
NAD+
SS-31
GHK-CU
Thymosin Alpha 1
Humanine
FOX04-DRI
MOTS-c

I'm currently working on a piece for community research on SS-31, I love it.

They might work but I have doubts about them. A lot of doubts if not using in a fasted state, I mean total fasted.
