Arimidex Dosage

What is the "proper" dosage for Arimidex while on a Test only cycle? @700mgs of Sustanon / week? I'm sure opinions widely differ, but the person who taught me always said that .5 E3D is the absolute minimum. Trying to get others opinions (this should be fun,lol)

0.5-1mg EOD is a good dosage.

700mg per week of testosterone is quite a bit. Most users will need to dosage of 1mg EOD to keep estrogen in the low-normal range at that dosage.

I have taken this at 1mg EOD with excellent results. I do not think there is any reason to take more than this amount, personally.

I do though always take 100mgs Zinc per day supplement while on gear which I find significantly helps out with gyno/estrogen related effects. The Zinc actually seems to work so well that I hardly ever have to take anything else.

Blood work is the key but .5mg EOD is a good starting point. After a few weeks run bloods and look at your estrogen levels. You will know whether you need to adjust or not.

1mg EOD the very least on such amount of test. However, I would run bloodwork few weeks in to make sure you dont overkill
