Ashwagandha

I take it everyday to hypothetically help with cortisol a bit. I don't feel bad, but it is probably not working miracles either.
 
I take it daily aswell. Don’t really see results from it, as it’s more of an internal health supplement.
 
In terms of results I wouldnt look for anything. It can have health benefits but it's not really a performance enhancer
 
I have not used but I've been thinking of trying it out.
Some people like to use especially after training to help reducing cortisol and overall stress.
 
I have it in my morning pills.

To be honest, I don't know if it's helping with inflammation or not, but so far I haven't noticed any problems like I used to get. I've changed so much of my routine over the past year I can't tell what part is working or not.
