Aus post pending

How normal is it for an express post tracking to still say be pending 4 business days (6 total days) after vendor has sent, obviously Christmas period may have affected it but thought surely would of have a scan by now

Most of the time it's gets put in a Dropbox so can take some time to scan or to be fair not scan at all
If it's a trusted vendor here on evo I'd just sit back and relax.
I haven't had any issues with my packages not arriving sometimes they take a while sometimes not.

As u said it man, Christmas time is here, so auspost may be slower than normal, but as @coolguy77711 said if its a trusted vendor here u will have nothing to worry about man

Yeah have faith In the vendor was more concerned it may be seized or somthing because never had one take that long to move from pending , if they even scan and seize domestic stuff

The lads above have added more necessary context though, being Christmas period, Auspost fall behind, nothing to worry about

Plenty of parcels have not scanned in until the scan to say it’s been delivered

Just let the vendor you purchased from know, if it’s still pending after 2 weeks, most vendors should reship for free at this stage

Between AI, robotics and drones, you’d think that delivery companies would have this solved in the next few years

but I have full trust in Auspost to still screw it up

Few vendors spoken to and our selves are experiencing a lot of the "stuck on Pending until on board for delivery/delivered" issue since Black Friday till now. Don't expect it to get any better til Jan.

And to add to it, a few packages that had scanned were in the wrong states , they took the scenic route. It is just Black Friday/Christmas things
