avoiding stretch marks

Hi I would like to know what are the chances of getting stretch marks after losing your gains when you run a cycle of AAS and what do you guys do or use to avoid them? I'm a females looking to compete in fitness and I need some advices on this, thank you.

The most effective way in which to avoid stretch marks is to not lose your gains which is entirely possible.

That said, taking very hot showers will serve to diminish stretch marks at least to some degree. The idea is to make one's skin more elastic.

I really doubt you will get stretch marks. Stretch marks are from rapidly gaining weight - not loosing weight.

When you rapidly gain weight and the skin isn't able to expand fast enough, stretch marks occur.

As for how not to loose gains from a steroid cycle -
Not keeping the majority of the gains you made on your steroid cycle is usually the result of:
1. Not running a proper PCT after your steroid cycle.
2. Not training and eating with the same intensity after the cycle as you did on cycle.

What put the muscle on the first place is what will keep it there after your PCT - HARD training and a high protein diet.

As a female, you will want to use a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com as a mini PCT after every AAS cycle you do.

I'm confused. Why you get stretch marks 'losing gains'? WTF? That's not how it works.

I guess technically speaking, that is true. Yet I've known of guys who have trained like beasts for years on end, became huge and then stopped training altogether. They lost considerable size, became flabby and acquired stretch marks.
Or were their stretch marks unrelated to their having lost size?

you won't get stretch marks from losing gains.

Exactly. I think Eddie etc are confused by how the question was asked. The OP asked 'what are the chances of getting stretch marks after losing your gains'.

Gaining weight fast, be that muscle, fat and even water, can naturally overcome the elasticity of the skin. A lot of women get the marks in pregnancy. Losing weight quickly is more likely to result in loose skin not stretch marks.

You wont get stretch marks even if you lose gains. You would get them if you lost a ton of weight but not something like 5lbs that you would put on during a cycle.

That's still a contradiction. Fat fellas get stretch marks from gaining weight. Not from losing it. And even those who get stretch marks need to, as you say, if they gain 10+ lbs and then only if it happened quickly. Losing weight, fast or slow, does not cause stretch marks. How can it? Nothings being stretched when it gets smaller skin included.

I alwAys thought when you increase your size in a short time the skin expands rapidly causing em. I got em on my calves go figure

I also got some when I had Mono in College. I lost like 30lbs and when I put the weight back on I got em plus @ that time it did not help I drank alot of beer
