How often should you be taking BCAA's ? I wanted to make sure I am not taking too much of the stuff!

Unless you are a vegan or on a very low protein diet, you really don't need to be supplementing with BCAA at all man.

You will be getting plenty of BCAA in your regular diet

can I join the convo with my own question, rather than making another BCAA thread in the same day?

Used to buy Optimum nutrition (5000mg) 28 doses = 23$, then I bought some Biotech USA (4000mg) 25 doses = 13 $ now I see some Xellerate Nutrition (3000mg) 141 doses = 23$

is the difference between 5000 and 3000 (2:1:1) really an issue if I got a decent diet? My workout rate has doubled in the past few months and supplements starting to get expensive

One thing that has me skeptical is the 3000mg product says it has 3mg of B6 vitamin and that taking it for long periods of time can give numbness and other symptoms meanwhile the 4000mg product only has 1.5mg of B6.

Hi man, what's the reason of "taking too much" bcaa's? You can get alot of acids from natural food if your diet is correct.
Bcaa is just a waste of money imho

bcaa's are a waste of money NO MATTER YOUR DIET.

ironically vegans get MORE nutrition from their food than most anyway. cause they are eating raw fruits and veggies.

people who eat meat are getting the least nutritious parts of the animal... unless you are eating the bone marrow or organs you can't argue that fact

Just diet man but if you really want to use bcaa then just take it from the fermented I think keged muscle bcaa are fermented
