Begginer looking for advice!

Hey I just joined evolutionary and saw your postings offering advice to people. I was hoping to look for some insight on finding a good source. And also advice on a first cycle.

I’ve been thinking of doing 500 Test Cyp for 12 weeks and Winstrol 50mg ed for 8 weeks. I know I need a pct but I was wondering if I need to take an AI during cycle as well. There’s a lot of back and forth on this information in the forums.

Any help would be great!

Before the pros jump in you may want to offer your weight, age, bf% and how long you have been training. Right off I can say that Winny for 8 weeks is too long and you will need an AI anytime you are on test or your estrogen levels are going to get wacked out. If you don't mind me asking why are you choosing Winny and what is the goal of your cycle?
 
Currently I weigh 198lbs. I’m 29 years old and as of last month I was 16% bf. I wrestled and did football in high school and now 11 years later I still hit the gym 4 days a week. I’m not looking to go nuts. I’m not a huge guy but I’m better off than most people I see in the gym. Really I guess I’ve been plateaued for the last year or so. Recently my old buddy just got out of the Marine corps and we’ve been working out together. He relit the fire in my ass to say the least. My nutrition is spot on. Just looking for that push to get me to a new level.

Really before I would’ve never considered it. But I’ve seen a few guys at the gym and they actually talked to me about it and it seems like a reasonable thing once you get past the stigma. They told me about what they would recommend for a begginer like me and that’s what I listed previously. I looked around online and it listed begginer cycles with either Winstrol or Dbol. I only went with Winstrol bc it doesn’t aromatase and I’ve never taken anything like this and didn’t know how I would handle test and something like Dbol.

Not excessive but it's better if it's lower when you go on cycle
 
If you already have a solid base and you don't want to get silly big, why don't you start with sarms and a good test booster?!? LGD and osta is said to be "like" test and tren!

Ultimately, roids on their own don't give you permanent muscle. Its still down to diet and training! There is no magic pill or jab! Test is wet and a lot will come off post-cycle. Hardeners can help with density and dry gains, tho. I would recomment just building on what you have with sarms and potent test boosters (and other hacks that can be utilised!) and stay as a natty and don't fuck ya balls up long term!

Thank you everyone. I’ll look into sarms and test boosters. I appreciate any advice in this direction! I’ve always been natural. Other than vitamins, bcaa and protein I’ve never really taken anything.
 
don't waste your time with winny at 16% body fat.. what is the point of drying your joints out when you have no definition? makes no sense at all

once you get your body fat under 10% if that is your goal then worry about using those dry hardener steroids

it sounds like your goal is to lose weight right? if so you need to focus on that 100%. don't think you can hop on steroids and lose a lot of fat plus build up muscle. these transformations you see are complete BS. those are guys who purposely got out of shape and then went back to diet and training and body memory got them to their goal fast. for a normal joe it doesn't work like that
 
For sources check out the approved sources on here. If you want an oral I'd prefer tbol over winny. Like Steve said, the winny is best if you are very lean but it can be bad on your joints. Test with tbol, aromasin as an AI. Run the tbol for the first 4 weeks. In all reality if it's the first cycle you could just do test and your body will respond. Each cycle can build on the last but no need to go crazy at the start. Check out the videos by dylan on here. I believe he addresses first cycles. I believe Trevor also has a video about the topic. Thanks Supermarc! I might just try the test. Seems the simplest route to start out and stay safe!

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle.

Do something like this:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.

Test only or a SARMs cycle is going to be your best option. If you do decide to run the test though, I would probably get down to around 12% body fat first. You will have a much better cycle and less side effects. Just keep focusing on that diet and training and you will get there quickly.
