I'm looking for the best preworkout without caffeine in it and no ephedrine. No yohimbine either please, tell me what you recommend. Daily training stats 6'1 189lbs 29y/o.

Then you would need something purely NO based. People praise D-Spark here, but I never get the chance to try it out as itsalways out of stock
 
the new Dspark from n2bm actually does contain a bit of stimulants, but nothing like other formula's

what I recommend for you is a crazy idea I know.. but how about eating a proper pre workout meal? something light with carbs and protein.. maybe a couple eggs, a piece of bread or sweet potato, and an apple..
 
There are two best non-stim based preworkouts that really work:

1. A good meal an hour before training. This is what most bodybuilders would do back in the days, and it works really well. Good food will give you the energy you need, and the pumps will be there.

2. DSpark - out of all the non-stim preworkout supplements, this is perhaps the only one that ever made a difference for me. Gives some really nice raw energy, not some sort of hyperactivity that you usually get from stims.
 
I really like the stimulant free pre-workout D-spark from n2bm.com but it's a big misconception that you need a pre-workout to lift.

The best thing you can do to get a great pump during your workout is to eat a proper pre-workout meal 60-90 minutes before you train. Something high in protein, high in carbs and low-moderate in fat. Before each of my workouts, I like to mix whey protein isolation from n2bm.com in a bowl of oatmeal with some flax seeds. It'll give you sustained energy throughout your workout and a great pump.
 
Buy some Beta Alanine powder in bulk and take 4 grams of that before your workout. Possibly Citrulline Malate bulk powder if you have the spare cash. I found both of them to work noticeably.
