There are two best non-stim based preworkouts that really work:
1. A good meal an hour before training. This is what most bodybuilders would do back in the days, and it works really well. Good food will give you the energy you need, and the pumps will be there.
2. DSpark - out of all the non-stim preworkout supplements, this is perhaps the only one that ever made a difference for me. Gives some really nice raw energy, not some sort of hyperactivity that you usually get from stims.
