You can take vitamin B6 and some Fish Oil to help with your inflammation, however depending on the severity of the swelling in your hand I'd just take an Ibuprofen 800 (you need a script for the 800's or you can take OTC Ibuprofen).

Also I forgot to mention that I do understand you're probably anxious to get back into the gym asap but don't go back until your hand is 100% or as near 100% as possible. Nothing will keep you away from the gym long term like an injury.
