It took me a few weeks to get sources. I don't just give them about. I had to "earn" them and so should other people!

On a good note, l ate my cheat meal. :) I just ate some Oreos lol

Haha good for you bro, cheat meals will actually help you in the long run as long as you limit them.

I generally just have 1 or 2 cheats a week. Sometimes 3 depending on how much cardio! But man a few cheats keep me from not going crazy lol idk how ppl can go straight without having a cheat meal
 
Lol I cheat on Sundays tho. I carb up with poptarts and ice cream lol! And dang idk how you do it 2 times a day and stay lean lol

He takes 30 sec rest between sets...I am sure that helps.

Bro that 100% correct that help you to loose more calories than a tread meal that one of my tips but hey I can't tell you brothers all my secret lol

I got a watch in my mind lol but this work 35-45 seconds rest between sets you will get more pump and the muscle going to get bigger

Haha you sound like me. At work people ask me what torque I put the bolt too and I said my elbow is a torque wrench I know exactly how tight I put it haha.

Totally my bad. I apologize. I'm actually coming from a different site. Been there for some time now and boom they have disappeared. I know that was super quick on the draw. I fail at introductions. Starting over fresh in a new spot is tough. Not a huge bodybuilder bar far. I'm an endurance athlete. Ironman Triathlete, Trail runner, Obstacle Course racer, certified RKC Kettlebell instructor and Schwinn cert. indoor cycling/spinning instructor. 40yrs old, 5' 7" 170lbs about 6% bf

If you haven't, check to see if you've cleared the Sent Messages also. The PM system treats "sent" and "received" messages as taking up equal space.
